Abstract
***** Stunting remains a major public health issue in Indonesia, particularly in densely populated areas with poor sanitation conditions, such as Kapuk Urban Village in Cengkareng District, West Jakarta. This study aims to Develop an educational leaflet featuring the five pillars of Community-Led Total Sanitation (STBM) as an effort to prevent stunting in RW 012, Kapuk. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Data were collected through observation, interviews, expert validation, and field trials with community members. Observations and interviews were conducted during the Define stage to identify problems and determine appropriate solutions. Expert validation was used to assess the feasibility of the leaflet in terms of both content and Design. The validation results showed high scores: 73 out of 75 from the health expert, 74 out of 75 from the environmental expert, and 48 out of 50 from the media expert. All scores were categorized as “Highly Eligible” for educational use. In field trials involving members of Pokja 4 PKK and Posyandu participants in RW 012, the leaflet received a total score of 95%, indicating a “Very Good” response from users. Based on these findings, the researcher recommends using the leaflet in community outreach programs in other areas with a high risk of stunting.
