Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan infografis berbasis spasial yang menggabungkan data kasus Tuberkulosis (TBC) dengan pendekatan visual berupa peta untuk edukasi masyarakat tentang TBC. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan model Four-D Four-D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate) yang dikembangkan oleh Thiagarajan. Data-data dikumpulkan dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara dengan tenaga Kesehatan, uji validasi dengan ahli materi dan media, serta angket yang diberikan pada masyarakat. Penelitian ini diawali dengan obsevasi dan wawancara. Setelah analisis awal, dilakukan uji validasi oleh 3 orang validator, yaitu validator materi Kesehatan, validator materi peta, dan validator media. Hasil data diolah dengan analisis deskriptif, diantaranya; dari validator materi kesehatan mendapatkan skor 44 dengan kriteria “Layak”, dari validator materi peta mendapatkan skor 37 dengan presentase 92.5% dimana kategori “Sangat Layak”, dan dari validator media mendapatkan skor 78 dengan presentase 74% yang termasuk dalam kategori “Layak”. Penilaian Tenaga Kesehatan mendapatkan skor 48 dengan presentase 80% dengan kriteri “Layak”. Hasil uji coba kelompok kecil juga mendapatkan skor 492 dengan presentase 98% dan berkategori “Sangat baik”. Uji coba lanjutan pada kelompok yang lebih besar turut memperkuat temuan ini, dengan perolehan skor 973 dari 1000 (97%) dan termasuk dalam kategori ‘Sangat Baik’.Dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa infografi ini layak untuk digunakan sebagai sarana edukasi masyarakat akan TBC. Diharapkan nantinya infografis ini dapat mengedukasi masyarakat akan TBC. This study uses the Four-D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate) developed by Thiagarajan. Data were collected through observation, interviews with healthcare workers, validation tests with subject and media experts, and questionnaires given to the community. The research started with observation and interviews. After the initial analysis, validation was done by three experts: a health expert, an spatial expert, and a media expert. The data was analyzed using descriptive methods. The health expert gave a score of 44 (categorized as “Eligibl”), the Spatial expert gave a score of 37 (92.5%, categorized as “Highly Eligible”), and the media expert gave a score of 78 (74%, also “Eligible”). The assessment by healthcare professionals received a score of 48 with an 80% percentage, categorized as "Eligible". A small group trial also resulted in a score of 492 (98%), categorized as “Highly Eligible”. A subsequent trial with a larger group further reinforced these findings, yielding a score of 973 out of 1000 (97%), which falls into the ‘Highly Eligible’ category. Based on these results, the infographic is considered suitable to be used as a tool to educate the public about TBC.
