Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah adanya perubahan perintah kerja (change order) selama pelaksanaan proyek KAI Living Gondangdia yang berdampak padapergeseran jadwal secara keseluruhan. Metode penjadwalan konvensional yang masih diterapkan dalam proyek dinilai belum mampu merepresentasikan keterkaitan dan ketergantungan antar aktivitas secara menyeluruh, sehingga kurang optimal dalam mengevaluasi dampak perubahan yang terjadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang penjadwalan ulang proyek menggunakan pendekatan Building Information Modeling (BIM) 4D guna menghasilkan jadwal yang lebih terstruktur dan dilengkapi dengan visualisasi simulasi penjadwalan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan tahapan pengembangan 4D, yaitu Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate. Penjadwalan disusun menggunakan Microsoft Project dan diintegrasikan dengan pemodelan 3D dalam Autodesk Navisworks untuk menghasilkan simulasi BIM 4D. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penjadwalan ulang berbasis BIM 4D dinilai layak oleh validator ahli. Penjadwalan ini menghasilkan total durasi proyek selama 348 hari kerja, atau 23 hari lebih cepat dibandingkan dengan penjadwalan konvensional. Kata Kunci: Autodesk Navisworks, BIM 4D, Change Order, Penjadwalan Ulang Proyek, Microsoft Project.***** The background of this research is the occurrence of change orders during the implementation of the KAI Living Gondangdia project, which led to overall schedule shifts. The conventional scheduling method still applied in the project was considered inadequate in representing the interdependencies among project activities, making it less effective in evaluating the impacts of such changes. This study aims to redesign the project schedule using a 4D Building Information Modeling (BIM) approach to produce a more structured schedule supported by visual scheduling simulations. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D), consisting of four development stages: Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The scheduling was created using Microsoft Project and integrated with 3D modeling in Autodesk Navisworks to generate a 4D BIM simulation. The results indicate that the BIM 4D-based rescheduling was assessed as feasible by expert validators. The revised schedule resulted in a total project duration of 348 working days, which is 23 days faster than the conventional schedule.
