Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kesesuaian instalasi listrik di rumah ibadah terhadap standar Persyaratan Umum Instalasi Listrik (PUIL) 2020, dengan studi kasus pada Gereja Suara Kebenaran Injil Rehoboth Bekasi. Penelitian ini melakukan pengukuran teknis terhadap beberapa komponen utama instalasi listrik, meliputi penghantar, perangkat sakelar dan kendali (PSDK), sakelar, stopkontak, sistem pembumian (grounding), serta tahanan isolasi penghantar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam peneltian ini adalah observasi dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Proses dimulai dengan observasi terhadap instalasi yang sudah terpasang guna menilai kesesuaian antara komponen listrik dan standar yang berlaku. Selanjutnya, peneliti merancang instrumen penelitian berupa lembar observasi dan metode pengumpulan data lainnya yang mendukung tujuan studi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan pengukuran terhadap instalasi listrik serta komponen-komponennya. Analisis data dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi kesesuaian instalasi dengan standar teknis dan keselamatan yang berlaku. Hasil penelitian digunakan untuk menyusun kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum instalasi listrik di Gereja Rehoboth Bekasi telah memenuhi kriteria PUIL 2020. Tingkat kesesuaian secara keseluruhan terdiri atas kategori "Sesuai" sebesar 72,7%, "Cukup Sesuai" sebesar 26,3%, dan tidak ditemukan kategori "Kurang Sesuai" maupun "Tidak Sesuai" (0%). Adapun secara rinci, sistem pembumian menunjukkan kesesuaian 100%, sedangkan penghantar dan tahanan isolasi memiliki tingkat kesesuaian masing-masing sebesar 27,3% dan 63,6% untuk kategori “Sesuai”. Komponen PSDK memperoleh 81,8% kesesuaian penuh, sakelar sebesar 36,4%, dan stopkontak sebesar 20%. Sisanya berada dalam kategori “Cukup Sesuai”, tanpa ada temuan instalasi yang masuk kategori "Kurang Sesuai" atau "Tidak Sesuai". Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa meskipun instalasi listrik di gereja tersebut umumnya aman dan layak, tetap diperlukan peningkatan mutu pada beberapa aspek instalasi untuk mencapai kepatuhan penuh terhadap standar PUIL 2020. ***** This study aims to analyze the level of conformity of electrical installations in houses of worship with the standards of the General Requirements for Electrical Installations (PUIL) 2020, using a case study at the Suara Kebenaran Injil Rehoboth Church in Bekasi. The research involved technical measurements of several key components of the electrical installation, including conductors, switching and control devices (PSDK), switches, sockets, grounding systems, and conductor insulation resistance. The research method used in this study is observation with a descriptive quantitative approach. The process began with an observation of the installed electrical system to assess the compliance of the components with the applicable standards. Subsequently, the researcher designed research instruments in the form of observation sheets and other data collection methods to support the study's objectives. Data was collected through observation and measurement of the electrical installations and their components. Data analysis was conducted to identify the compliance of the installations with the applicable technical and safety standards. The results were used to draw conclusions. The results show that, in general, the electrical installation at Rehoboth Church Bekasi complies with the PUIL 2020 standards. Overall, the conformity levels are categorized as "Compliant" at 72.7%, "Fairly Compliant" at 26.3%, and no findings fell under the "Less Compliant" or "Non-Compliant" categories (0%). In detail, the grounding system achieved 100% compliance, while the conductors and insulation resistance recorded 27.3% and 63.6% compliance respectively in the "Compliant" category. The PSDK component reached full compliance at 81.8%, switches at 36.4%, and sockets at 20%. The remaining percentages fall under the “Fairly Compliant” category, with no components classified as "Less Compliant" or "Non-Compliant". These findings indicate that although the electrical installation in the church is generally safe and acceptable, there is still a need for quality improvements in certain components to achieve full compliance with PUIL 2020 standards.
