Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi repurchase intention pada generasi Z pengguna aplikasi TIX ID di Jakarta. Studi ini meneliti pengaruh antara perceived ease of use, discount, trust, customer satisfaction terhadap repurchase intention bagi generasi Z pengguna aplikasi TIX ID. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei daring yang didistribusikan melalui platform media sosial seperti WhatsApp dan Instagram. Populasi penelitian mencakup individu berusia 17-27 tahun yang telah menggunakan dan berniat melakukan pembelian ulang menggunakan TIX ID. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan responden sebanyak 292 orang. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan software AMOS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived ease of use berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap repurchase intention namun tidak berpengaruh terhadap customer satisfaction. Discount serta trust berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction dan repurchase intention. Sementara itu, customer satisfaction tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap repurchase intention. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa perceived ease of use, discount, dan trust menjadi faktor utama yang mendorong repurchase intention pada generasi Z pengguna TIX ID. Penelitian mendatang disarankan melibatkan responden dari berbagai daerah dan aplikasi e-ticketing bioskop, menggunakan kombinasi kuesioner daring dan wawancara untuk meningkatkan validitas data. Selain itu, variabel tambahan seperti harga tiket, kualitas layanan, pengalaman pengguna, dan efektivitas promosi digital dapat dipertimbangkan untuk memberikan gambaran yang lebih komprehensif mengenai faktor yang memengaruhi repurchase intention. It examines the effects of perceived ease of use, discount, trust, and customer satisfaction on repurchase intention. A quantitative approach was employed using an online survey distributed via social media platforms such as WhatsApp and Instagram. The study population consisted of individuals aged 17–27 who had used and intended to repurchase tickets via TIX ID. Purposive sampling was applied, resulting in 292 respondents. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS 26 software. The results show that perceived ease of use has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention but does not affect customer satisfaction. Discount and trust both have positive and significant effects on customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. Meanwhile, customer satisfaction does not significantly affect repurchase intention. These findings indicate that perceived ease of use, discount, and trust are the main drivers of repurchase intention among Generation Z TIX ID users. Future research is recommended to involve respondents from various regions and cinema e-ticketing applications, using a combination of online questionnaires and interviews to improve data validity. Furthermore, additional variables such as ticket price, service quality, user experience, and the effectiveness of digital promotions can be considered to provide a more comprehensive picture of the factors influencing repurchase intention.
