Abstract
***** This study aims to develop a digital physics module based on the SETS (Science, Environment, Technology, and Society) approach for the topic of Global Warming, which is feasible for use as self-teaching material for Grade X high school students. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation), but is limited to the development stage. Data were collected through Google Forms questionnaires, interviews, validation sheets, and trial sheets. The results of the SETS-based digital physics module utilizing Canva were assessed by a subject matter expert (score: 87.78%), an instructional expert (score: 74%), and a media expert (score: 82.5%). The trial results at school were obtained from a teacher (score: 93%) and 27 students (score: 90.64%). Based on these results, the SETS-based digital physics module is feasible and very good for use as self-teaching material for Grade X students in learning physics on the topic of Global Warming.
