Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kesesuaian konteks tentang latar belakang program, capaian program, dan analisis program mencapai tujuan dari Pembinaan Pelatnas dan Pengiriman Kontingen Indonesia Dalam Pelatnas Menembak Pada Olimpiade Paris tahun 2024. Bagaimana kesesuaian input mengenai perencanaan dan pengelolaan program, SDM serta Pedoman pelaksanaan program yang ditetapkan untuk menunjang pelaksanaan Program Pembinaan Pelatnas Menembak Pada Olimpiade Paris tahun 2024. Bagaimana proses implementasi program, sistem pengawasan dan sistem Pembinaan Pelatnas dan Pengiriman Kontingen Indonesia Dalam Pelatnas Menembak Pada Olimpiade Paris tahun 2024. Bagaimana tingkat keberhasilan pelaksanaan Pembinaan Pelatnas dan Pengiriman Kontingen Indonesia Dalam Pelatnas Menembak Pada Olimpiade Paris tahun 2024 dalam mencapai tujuan dengan objek yang di evaluasi adalah prestasi atlet yang mengikuti Pembinaan Pelatnas dan Pengiriman Kontingen Indonesia Dalam Pelatnas Menembak Pada Olimpiade Paris tahun 2024 Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metoda evaluatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif, dilakukan berdasarkan hasil interaksi dengan subjek di lapangan melalui metoda observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan penelitian dokumen terkait berdasarkan kriteria evaluasi. dengan Model CIPP item pernyataan yang diajukan menunjukan bahwa Program Pembinaan Pelatnas Menembak Pada Olimpiade Paris tahun 2024 pada kategori sangat baik. bahwa seluruh responden yang memberikan jawaban atas item pernyataan yang diajukan menunjukan bahwa Program Pembinaan Pelatnas Menembak Pada Olimpiade Paris tahun 2024 baik. Kata kunci: Atlet, Pembinaan, Pelatnas, olimpiade ***** ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the appropriateness of the context regarding the program background, program achievements, and program analysis in achieving the objectives of the National Training Center Development and the Dispatch of the Indonesian Contingent in the National Shooting Training Center at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games. The appropriateness of the input regarding program planning and management, human resources, and program implementation guidelines established to support the implementation of the National Training Center Development Program for the 2024 Paris Olympic Games. The program implementation process, monitoring system, and system for the National Training Center Development and Dispatch of the Indonesian Contingent in the National Shooting Training Center at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games are described. The success rate of the National Training Center Development and Dispatch of the Indonesian Contingent in the National Shooting Training Center at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games is determined in achieving the objectives. The evaluation focused on the achievements of athletes participating in the National Training Program and the Indonesian Contingent's Deployment to the National Shooting Training Program for the 2024 Paris Olympics. The research method used was an evaluative method with qualitative and quantitative approaches, based on interactions with subjects in the field through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and related document research based on evaluation criteria. Using the CIPP Model, the proposed statement items indicate that the National Training Program for Shooting at the 2024 Paris Olympics is in the very good category. All respondents who provided answers to the proposed statement items indicated that the National Training Program for Shooting at the 2024 Paris Olympics is good.
