Abstract

Laporan keuangan perusahaan dapat digunakan untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Penelitian ini membahas analisis kinerja keuangan PT. Temas Tbk. (TMAS) dan PT. Samudera Indonesia Tbk. (SMDR) untuk menentukan kelemahan dan kekuatan keuangan perusahaan. Hasil penelitian untuk CR, QR, DAR, DER, NPM, ROA, dan ROE menggunakan independent sample t test menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kinerja keuangan TMAS dan SMDR. Hasil analisis rasio keuangan untuk NPM, ROA, dan ROE PT. Temas Tbk. (TMAS) menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan memiliki kinerja yang baik, sementara untuk CR, QR, DAR, dan DER menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan TMAS memiliki kinerja yang kurang baik. Hasil analisis rasio keuangan QR, NPM, ROA, dan ROE PT. Samudera Indonesia Tbk. (SMDR) menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan memiliki kinerja yang baik, sementara CR, DAR, dan DER menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan memiliki kinerja yang kurang baik. Lexicographic goal programming digunakan untuk mendapatkan solusi optimal dengan urutan prioritas berdasarkan hasil analisis rasio keuangan TMAS dan SMDR. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tujuh sasaran, yaitu CR, QR, DAR, DER, NPM, ROA, dan ROE tercapai untuk TMAS dan SMDR. Untuk TMAS, terdapat tiga tujuan yang dapat ditingkatkan, yaitu total QR sebesar 3,3302% per tahun, total DAR sebesar 2,4397% per tahun, dan total ROE sebesar 2,4210% per tahun. Sementara untuk SMDR, terdapat juga tiga tujuan yang dapat ditingkatkan, yaitu total DAR sebesar 0,6037% per tahun, total CR sebesar 0,3583% per tahun, dan total ROE sebesar 2,5337% per tahun. ***** A company's financial report can be used to analyze the company's financial performance. This study discusses the financial performance analysis of PT. Temas Tbk. (TMAS) and PT. Samudera Indonesia Tbk. (SMDR) to determine the company's financial strengths and weaknesses. The results of the study for CR, QR, DAR, DER, NPM, ROA, and ROE using the independent sample t test show that there is no significant difference between the financial performance of TMAS and SMDR. The results of the financial ratio analysis for NPM, ROA, and ROE of PT. Temas Tbk. (TMAS) show that the company has good performance, while for CR, QR, DAR, and DER show that TMAS has poor performance. The results of the financial ratio analysis for QR, NPM, ROA, and ROE of PT. Samudera Indonesia Tbk. (SMDR) show that the company has good performance, while CR, DAR, and DER show that the company has poor performance. Lexicographic goal programming is used to obtain optimal solutions with priority order based on the results of the financial ratio analysis of TMAS and SMDR. The results of the study show that seven targets, namely CR, QR, DAR, DER, NPM, ROA, and ROE were achieved for TMAS and SMDR. For TMAS, there are three targets that can be improved, namely total QR of 3,3302% per year, total DAR of 2,4397% per year, and total ROE of 2,4210% per year. Meanwhile, for SMDR, there are also three targets that can be improved, namely total DAR of 0,6037% per year, total CR of 0,3583% per year, and total ROE of 2,5337% per year.
