Abstract

Transformasi digital dalam sistem administrasi perpajakan menghadirkan tantangan baru terhadap kualitas sistem dan kualitas informasi yang berdampak pada kepercayaan dan kepuasan pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kualitas Sistem dan Kualitas Informasi terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna melalui Kepercayaan, dengan studi kasus pada aplikasi Coretax yang dikembangkan oleh Direktorat Jenderal Pajak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei daring dan metode untuk analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Partial Least Square berbasis Structural Equation Modeling atau disebut SEM-PLS, yang dikenal efektif dalam melakukian pengujian hubungan antar variabel laten secara simultan dengan melibatkan 170 responden. Berdasarkan temuan dalam hasil penelitian ini, aspek Kualitas Sistem berkontribusi signifikan dalam mempengaruhi Kepercayaan dengan koefisien sebesar 0,630, nilai t sebesar 2,728, dan nilai p sebesar 0,006. Kualitas Informasi juga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepercayaan, dengan koefisien 0,487, nilai t sebesar 2,335, dan nilai p sebesar 0,020. Selanjutnya, Kepercayaan terbukti memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap tingkat kepuasan pengguna, yang tercermin melalui nilai koefisien sebesar 0,690, nilai t sebesar 4,051, dan nilai p sebesar 0,000. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas dari sistem, kualitas dari informasi, dan kepercayaan memainkan karakter penting dalam meningkatkan kepuasan dari pengguna terhadap sistem perpajakan digital. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis terhadap pengembangan model evaluasi sistem informasi serta rekomendasi praktis bagi pengembangan sistem Coretax agar lebih responsif, andal, dan berorientasi pada pengguna. **** The digital transformation of tax administration systems presents new challenges related to system quality and information quality, which impact user trust and satisfaction. A quantitative approach was applied using an online survey and analyzed through the Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) technique, involving 170 respondents. The results show that System Quality significantly influences Trust, with a coefficient of 0.630, a t-value of 2.728, and a p-value of 0.006. Information Quality also has a significant effect on Trust, with a coefficient of 0.487, a t-value of 2.335, and a p-value of 0.020. Furthermore, Trust significantly affects User Satisfaction, with a coefficient of 0.690, a t-value of 4.051, and a p-value of 0.000. These findings indicate that system quality, information quality, and trust play a vital role in enhancing user satisfaction with digital taxation systems. This research contributes theoretically to the development of information system evaluation models and offers practical recommendations for improving the Coretax system to become more responsive, reliable, and user-oriented.
