Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui landasan, implementasi, dan solidaritas sosial dalam implementasi Program Celengan Dana Kematian pada warga RT. 004, 015, 018/RW. 04, Kecamatan Duren Sawit, Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini terbagi menjadi dua, yaitu sumber data primer yang terdiri dari informan masyarakat RT. 004, 015, 018/ RW. 04, key informan sekretaris Masjid Baiturahim dan ketua pengurus Masjid Baiturahim. Sedangkan sumber data sekunder terdiri dari artikel jurnal, buku, data arsip, dan dokumentasi. Adapun proses pengambilan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa landasan Program Celengan Dana Kematian lahir dari kebutuhan nyata masyarakat untuk saling membantu menghadapi musibah kematian, sebagai adaptasi nilai gotong royong dan solidaritas sosial. Kemudian diimplementasikan sebagai berikut. Pertama, tata kelola profesional berbasis institusi masjid, transparansi keuangan, partisipasi aktif warga, dan musyawarah bersama, Kedua, memberikan bantuan finansial dan layanan sosial secara adil, cepat, dan merata kepada seluruh anggota komunitas yang membutuhkan. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh bahwa Program Celengan Dana Kematian berhasil mengadaptasi nilai gotong royong menjadi sistem bantuan yang terstruktur, transparan, dan berkelanjutan. Pelaksanaannya tidak hanya meringankan beban finansial, tetapi juga memperkuat solidaritas dan kohesi sosial warga. Kata Kunci: Solidaritas Sosial, Celengan Dana Kematian, Gotong Royong, Bantuan Kematian ***** This study aims to determine the basis, implementation, and social solidarity in the implementation of the Death Fund Piggy Bank Program among residents of RT. 004, 015, 018/RW. 04, Duren Sawit District, East Jakarta. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data sources in this study are divided into two: primary data sources consisting of community informants from RT. 004, 015, 018/RW. 04, key informants: the secretary of the Baiturahim Mosque and the chairman of the Baiturahim Mosque management. Secondary data sources consist of journal articles, books, archival data, and documentation. The data collection process involved observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings of this study indicate that the foundation of the Death Fund Piggy Bank Program arose from the real need of the community to help each other in the face of death, as an adaptation of the values of cooperation and social solidarity. It was then implemented as follows: First, professional governance based on mosque institutions, financial transparency, active community participation, and joint deliberation. Second, providing financial assistance and social services fairly, quickly, and equitably to all community members in need. The conclusion is that the Death Fund Piggy Bank Program successfully adapted the values of mutual cooperation into a structured, transparent, and sustainable assistance system. Its implementation not only eased the financial burden but also strengthened community solidarity and social cohesion.
