Abstract
**** This study aims to examine the influence of emotional intelligence on the resilience of MSMEs in Jabodetabek in facing the challenges of the Indonesian economy in 2025. The method used in this study is quantitative. The sampling of this study uses a non-probability purposive sampling technique. The number of samples in this study was 103 respondents with the criteria aged at least 18 years, active actors of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) domiciled or running businesses in the Jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi), most recently experiencing a decrease in income of 20% or more in 2025. The instruments used for emotional intelligence are the Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire Short Form (TEIQue-SF) by Petrides (2009) and the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) copyright lisence by Connor and Davidson (2003). The ConnorDavidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) instrument was adapted, while the Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire Short Form (TEIQue-SF) was adapted from Febriana and Fajrianthi (2021). The results of this study used simple regression and obtained a ρ-value (<0.001), indicating that emotional intelligence significantly influences the resilience of MSMEs in Jabodetabek. Therefore, it can be concluded that the higher the emotional intelligence, the higher the resilience of MSMEs in Jabodetabek. Kata Kunci: resilience, emotional intelligence, msme’s
