Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi antara efikasi diri dan pengalaman PKL dengan kesiapan kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII jurusan teknik instalasi tenag listrik. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket untuk efikasi diri (X1), nilai penilaian kinerja PKL untuk pengalaman PKL (X2), dan tes untuk kesiapan kerja (Y). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara efikasi diri dengan kesiapan kerja siswa, dimana nilai signifikan <0,05, yaitu 0,047 dan nilai rhitung>rtabel (0,457>0,254); (2) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara pengalaman PKL dengan kesiapan kerja siswa, dimana nilai signifikan <0,05, yaitu <0,001 dan niali rhitung>rtabel (0,835>0,254); (3) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara efikasi diri dan pengalaman PKL secara bersama-sama dengan kesiapan kerja dengan tingkat hubungan yang sangat kuat dengan nilai signifikan, yaitu <0,001 yang berarti kurang dari 0,05 dan nilai rhitung>rtabel (0,847>0,254) dengan arah positif (rhitung>0), menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara efikasi diri dan pengalaman PKL dengan kesiapan kerja dengan kontribusi sebesar 71,7%. ***** This study aims to determine the correlation between self-efficacy and internship experience (PKL) with work readiness. The research employs a descriptive quantitative approach. The subjects of this study are 12th-grade students majoring in Electrical Power Installation Engineering. Data collection techniques include a questionnaire for self-efficacy (X1), internship performance evaluation scores for internship experience (X2), and a test for work readiness (Y). The results of the study show that: (1) there is a positive and significant relationship between self-efficacy and students’ work readiness, with a significance value of <0.05, namely 0.047, and the value of rcount > rtable (0.457 > 0.254); (2) there is a positive and significant relationship between internship experience and students’ work readiness, with a significance value of <0.05, namely <0.001, and the value of rcount > rtable (0.835 > 0.254); (3) there is a positive and significant relationship between self-efficacy and internship experience simultaneously with work readiness, with a very strong correlation, indicated by a significance value of <0.001 (which is less than 0.05) and rcount > rtable (0.847 > 0.254), showing a positive direction (rcount > 0). This indicates that there is a positive and significant relationship between self-efficacy and internship experience with work readiness, with a contribution of 71.7%.
