Abstract
Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan menganalisis dampak self-regulated learning juga minat belajar kepada hasil belajar siswa jurusan Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis di SMK Negeri 40 Jakarta. Metode yang dipergunakan ialah survei melalui pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah seluruh siswa kelas XI jurusan MPLB SMK Negeri 40 Jakarta sebanyak 222 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling berdasarkan rumus Krejcie dan Morgan sehingga diperoleh 144 siswa sebagai sampel. Teknik analisis data mempergunakan regresi linier berganda memanfaatkan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 25. Hasil pengujian memperlihatkan bahwasannya (1)Self Regulated Learning berdampak positif serta signifikan kepada hasil belajar dengan nilai koefisien regresi yakni 0,476, t-hitung yakni 6,298 > t-tabel 1,976 juga signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05.(2) Minat belajar juga berdampak positif juga signifikan kepada hasil belajar dengan nilai koefisien regresi yakni 0,368, t-hitung yakni 4,872 > t-tabel 1,976 juga signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. (3)Secara simultan, self-regulated learning serta minat belajar berdampak positif serta signifikan kepada hasil belajar siswa dengan nilai F-hitung yakni 66,040 > F-tabel 3,06 serta signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) yakni 0,486 menunjukkan bahwasannya kontribusi kedua variabel bebas terhadap hasil belajar sebesar 48,6%. Kata Kunci: Self-Regulated Learning; Minat Belajar; Hasil Belajar.*****This study aims to analyze the influence of self-regulated learning and learning interest on the learning outcomes of students majoring in Office Management and Business Services at SMK Negeri 40 Jakarta. The research method used is a survey with a quantitative approach. The population consists of 222 eleventh-grade students in the MPLB major. The sample of 144 students was selected using simple random sampling based on the Krejcie and Morgan table. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 25.The results show that self-regulated learning has a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes with a regression coefficient of 0.476, t-statistic of 6.298 > t-table of 1.976, and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Learning interest also has a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes with a regression coefficient of 0.368, t-statistic of 4.872 > t-table of 1.976, and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, self-regulated learning and learning interest have a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes, as indicated by an F-statistic of 66.040 > F-table of 3.06 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.486, meaning that the two independent variables contribute 48.6% to the learning outcomes.Keywords: Self-Regulated Learning; Learning Interest; Learning Outcomes.
