Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis Civic Virtue pada Program Peduli Lingkungan masyarakat Ciracas Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Sumber data primer melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dan sumber data sekunder melalui studi pustaka. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan April sampai Juni 2025. Teknik kalibrasi keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi data, ketekunan pengamatan, dan Expert Opinion. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Temuan penelitian ini adalah adanya pelaksanaan program yang rutin dan terjadwal, bentuk kegiatan program yang terstruktur, dan tahapan pelaksanaan dilakukan secara sistematis. Kemudian terdapat tiga bentuk partisipasi yaitu partisipasi langsung (fisik) dengan mengikuti kegiatan di lapangan, partisipasi tidak langsung (dukungan logistik) dari para ibu rumah tangga yang menyiapkan konsumsi, dan partisipasi dalam pengambilan keputusan, yaitu keterlibatan aktif warga dalam musyawarah untuk merencanakan dan menentukan pelaksanaan kegiatan. Serta Program Peduli Lingkungan menjadi Civic Virtue masyarakat di wilayah RT 012 RW 009 Ciracas Jakarta Timur dalam tiga bentuk yaitu penumbuhan kesadaran dan tanggung jawab kolektif, penguatan solidaritas dan semangat gotong royong, serta terciptanya interaksi sosial dan silaturahmi antarwarga. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah adanya pelaksanaan Program Peduli Lingkungan yang rutin, terstruktur, dan sistematis, diiringi oleh partisipasi masyarakat dalam bentuk fisik, dukungan logistik, dan pengambilan keputusan, yang secara nyata menumbuhkan Civic Virtue masyarakat RT 012 RW 009 Ciracas Jakarta Timur melalui kesadaran kolektif, solidaritas gotong royong, serta terbangunnya interaksi sosial dan silaturahmi antarwarga. ***** The purpose of this research is to analyze Civic Virtue in the Environmental Care Program of the Ciracas Community, East Jakarta. This research uses a qualitative approach and descriptive method. The data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources. Primary data sources through observation, interviews and documentation and secondary data sources through literature study. This research was conducted from April to June 2025. Data validity calibration techniques use data triangulation, observation persistence, and Expert opinion. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The findings of this research are that there is a routine and scheduled program implementation, a structured form of program activities, and the stages of implementation are carried out systematically. Then there are three forms of participation, namely direct participation (physical) by participating in activities in the field, indirect participation (logistical support) from housewives who prepare consumption, and participation in decision making, namely the active involvement of residents in deliberations to plan and determine the implementation of activities. As well as the Environmental Care Program becomes a community Civic Virtue in the RT 012 RW 009 Ciracas East Jakarta area in three forms, namely growing awareness and collective responsibility, strengthening solidarity and the spirit of mutual cooperation, and creating social interaction and friendship between residents. The conclusion of the research is that there is a routine, structured, and systematic implementation of the Environmental Care Program, accompanied by community participation in the form of physical, logistical support, and decision making, which significantly fosters the Civic Virtue of the RT 012 RW 009 Ciracas East Jakarta community through collective awareness, solidarity of mutual cooperation, and the establishment of social interaction and friendship between residents.
