Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan E-LKPD berbasis PBL pada materi Sistem Ekskresi untuk meningkatkan self-efficacy dan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh rendahnya kepercayaan diri dan keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik dalam pembelajaran Biologi, serta terbatasnya media pembelajaran interaktif yang mendukung keterlibatan aktif peserta didik dalam memecahkan masalah kontekstual. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Educational Design Research dengan model pengembangan Hannafin and Peck (1988). Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi lembar validasi ahli, angket penilaian guru, angket respon peserta didik, serta instrumen tes untuk mengukur self-efficacy dan kemampuan berpikir kritis. Validasi dilakukan oleh ahli materi dan ahli media, sedangkan uji coba dilakukan secara terbatas (kelompok kecil) dan luas (kelompok besar) pada peserta didik kelas XI MIPA di salah satu SMA di Kota Serang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ELKPD berbasis PBL tergolong sangat valid berdasarkan penilaian para ahli dan guru Biologi. Respons peserta didik terhadap media menunjukkan tingkat kepraktisan yang sangat tinggi, dengan rata-rata skor respons lebih dari 90%. Selain itu, penggunaan E-LKPD ini berkontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan selfefficacy dan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil analisis multivariat yang menghasilkan nilai signifikansi (Sig.) sebesar 0.000. Nilai ini mengindikasikan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kelas kontrol dan eksperimen terhadap dua variabel dependen, yaitu self-efficacy dan kemampuan berpikir kritis. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa E-LKPD berbasis PBL yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini efektif dalam meningkatkan kedua aspek tersebut secara bermakna. ***** This study aims to develop PBL-based E-LKPD on the Excretory System material to improve students' self-efficacy and critical thinking skills. The background of this study is based on the low self-confidence and critical thinking skills of students in Biology learning, as well as the limited interactive learning media that support active student involvement in solving contextual problems. The research method used is Educational Design Research with the development model proposed by Hannafin and Peck (1988). The instruments used include expert validation sheets, teacher assessment questionnaires, student response questionnaires, and testing instruments to measure self-efficacy and critical thinking skills. Validation was conducted by subject matter experts and media experts, while testing was carried out in a limited (small group) and extensive (large group) manner on eleventh-grade science students at a high school in Serang City. The results of the study indicate that the PBL-based E-LKPD is highly valid based on the assessments of experts and biology teachers. Student responses to the media showed a very high level of practicality, with an average response score of over 90%. Additionally, the use of this E-LKPD positively contributed to the improvement of students' self-efficacy and critical thinking skills. This is evidenced by the results of multivariate analysis, which yielded a significance value (Sig.) of 0.000. This value indicates a significant difference between the control and experimental groups regarding the two dependent variables, namely self-efficacy and critical thinking skills. Therefore, it can be concluded that the PBL-based ELKPD developed in this study is effective in significantly improving both aspects.
