Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas pelatihan mindfulness dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan guru sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain kuasi eksperimen nonequivalent control group design. Sampel terdiri dari 127 guru di Kabupaten Kebumen yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok yaitu 60 guru dalam kelompok eksperimen yang mendapat pelatihan mindfulness, dan 67 guru dalam kelompok kontrol tidak mendapat perlakuan. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan skala kesejahteraan guru berdasarkan model Collie dkk. (2015). Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0,019 pada kelompok eksperimen dan 0,013 pada kelompok kontrol mengindikasikan bahwa pelatihan mindfulness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan guru. Berdasarkan temuan ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan mindfulness efektif untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan guru sekolah dasar Kata kunci: Pelatihan Mindfulness, Kesejahteraan Guru, Guru Sekolah Dasar ***** This research aims to test the effectiveness of mindfulness training in enhancing teacher well-being among elementary school teachers. The method used is quantitative with a quasi-experimental nonequivalent control group design. The sample consisted of 127 teachers in Kebumen Regency who were divided into two groups, namely 60 teachers in the experimental group who received mindfulness training, and 67 teachers in the control group who did not receive treatment. The research instrument used a teacher well-being scale based on the Collie et al. (2015). Data analysis was conducted using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank test. The results showed a significance value of 0.019 in the experimental group and 0.013 in the control group indicating that mindfulness training had a significant effect on enhancing teacher well-being.
