Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh work self-efficacy terhadap job crafting pada karyawan. Work self-efficacy merupakan keyakinan individu terhadap kemampuannya dalam menyelesaikan tugas kerja, sedangkan job crafting adalah usaha karyawan untuk menyesuaikan pekerjaan agar lebih sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kemampuannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Responden berjumlah 351 karyawan di Indonesia yang telah bekerja minimal satu tahun. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Job Crafting Scale (JCS) dan Occupational Self-Efficacy Scale (OSS). Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara work self-efficacy terhadap job crafting (p = 0,001) dan R² sebesar 0,454. Artinya, work self-efficacy memberikan kontribusi sebesar 45,4% terhadap job crafting. Kesimpulannya, semakin tinggi work self- efficacy yang dimiliki karyawan, maka semakin tinggi pula perilaku job crafting yang ditunjukkan dalam pekerjaan. ***** This study aims to examine the influence of work self-efficacy on job crafting among employees. Work self-efficacy refers to an individual's belief in their ability to perform job-related tasks, while job crafting is the employee’s effort to tailor their job to better fit their needs and capabilities. This research employed a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The respondents consisted of 351 employees in Indonesia who had been working for at least one year. The instruments used were the Job Crafting Scale (JCS) and the Occupational Self-Efficacy Scale (OSS). Data analysis was conducted using simple linear regression. The results revealed a significant influence of work self-efficacy on job crafting (p = 0.001) with an R² value of 0.454. This indicates that work self-efficacy contributes 45.4% to job crafting. In conclusion, the higher the employee’s work self-efficacy, the greater the job crafting behavior they demonstrate in the workplace.
