Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji kelayakan media pembelajaran flipbook tableware pada mata pelajaran Food and Beverage Service. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Bina Nusa Mandiri, Jakarta Timur sejak September 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE dengan tahapan (1) analisis, (2) desain, (3) pengembangan, (4) implementasi, dan (5) evaluasi dengan teknik analisis data dalam bentuk persentase deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan validasi oleh 3 orang dosen ahli di bidang materi, media dan bahasa. Pengembangan media pembelajaran dinyatakan melalui hasil validasi kepada ahli materi yang menghasilkan persentase 76% (baik), untuk ahli media persentase yang dihasilkan sebesar 88% (baik), dan hasil validasi yang diperoleh dari ahli bahasa sebesar 80% (sangat baik). Pada evaluasi one to one didapatkan persentase 88% (baik), evaluasi small group didapatkan persentase 87% (baik), dan pada evaluasi field test menghasilakan persentase 84% (baik). Pada uji respon pengguna didapatkan persentase 88% (positif). Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran flipbook tableware dinyatakan layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. Kata kunci: Flipbook, tableware, one to one, small group, field test ***** This research was conducted to develop and test the feasibility of flipbook tableware learning media in the Food and Beverage Service subject. This research was conducted at SMK Bina Nusa Mandiri, East Jakarta since September 2024. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE development model with stages (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) development, (4) implementation, and (5) evaluation with data analysis techniques in the form of descriptive percentages. This research was validated by 3 expert judgements in the fields of material, media and language. The development of learning media is stated through the results of validation to material experts which produced a percentage of 76% (good), for media experts the percentage produced was 88% (good), and the validation results obtained from language experts were 80% (very good). In the one-to-one evaluation, the percentage obtained was 88% (good), the small group evaluation obtained a percentage of 87% (good), and the field test evaluation produced a percentage of 84% (good). In the user response test, the percentage obtained was 88% (positive). From the research results, it can be concluded that the flipbook tableware learning media is declared suitable for use in the learning process.
