Abstract
Penelitian dan pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran berupa aplikasi Android PANILA (Pancasila dan Nilai-Nilainya) berbasis Problem Based Learning pada materi Pengamalan Nilai-Nilai Pancasila dalam kehidupan sehari-hari untuk peserta didik kelas V Sekolah Dasar, serta mengetahui tingkat kelayakan aplikasi yang dikembangkan. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas V SDN Tanjung Barat 07 Pagi. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model 4D, yaitu Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate. Tahap disseminate dilakukan secara terbatas pada satu sekolah karena keterbatasan jangkauan penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa produk memperoleh persentase kelayakan sebesar 95,7% dari ahli media, 88% dari ahli bahasa, dan 83,3% dari ahli materi, yang secara keseluruhan termasuk kategori “Sangat Layak”. Hasil uji coba kepada peserta didik menghasilkan persentase kelayakan sebesar 91,1% pada tahap one to one, 92,2% pada small group, dan 92,9% pada field test, dengan keseluruhan kategori “Sangat Layak”. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, aplikasi PANILA berbasis PBL dinyatakan sangat layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila di Sekolah Dasar. ***** This research and development study aims to develop an Android-based learning application called PANILA (Pancasila dan Nilai-Nilainya) using Problem-Based Learning (PBL) to teach the application of Pancasila values in daily life for fifth-grade elementary school students. The study also evaluates the feasibility of the developed application. The research subjects were fifth-grade students at SDN Tanjung Barat 07 Pagi. The methodology followed the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate), with the dissemination stage limited to one school due to the scope of the research. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and questionnaires. Validation results indicated high feasibility: 95.7% from media experts, 88% from language experts, and 83.3% from material experts, all categorized as "Highly Feasible." Student trials yielded feasibility scores of 91.1% (one-to-one), 92.2% (small group), and 92.9% (field test), also rated as "Highly Feasible." Based on these findings, the PBL-based PANILA application is considered highly suitable as a learning medium for Pancasila education in elementary schools.
