Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar dalam bentuk modul berbasis cetak materi zero waste teknik jigsaw puzzle dan memperoleh penilaian untuk kelayakan modul sebagai alternatif bahan ajar pada mata kuliah Sustainable Fashion pada program studi D4 Desain Mode di Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (RnD) dengan model pengembangan 4D (Define, Design, Development, Disseminate), tahap pengembangan pada penelitian ini dilakukan sampai tahap development (pengembangan). Modul dinilai kelayakannya berdasarkan karakteristik yang ditetapkan oleh Depdiknas (2008), serta elemen mutu modul menurut Daryanto (2013). Kelayakan modul dinilai oleh panelis ahli materi dan panelis ahli media untuk memastikan ketepatan isi serta efektivitas penyajiannya berdasarkan karakteristik modul dan elemen mutu modul. Modul Zero Waste Teknik Jigsaw Puzzle memperoleh penilaian sangat baik dengan skor 98,61% berdasarkan karakteristik modul dan 96,42% berdasarkan elemen mutu modul. Hasil penilaian kelayakan modul menunjukkan bahwa modul ini dikategorikan sangat baik dan layak digunakan sebagai bahan ajar mandiri pada mata kuliah Sustainable Fashion. Diharapkan modul ini dapat meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap konsep zero waste serta keterampilan dalam penerapannya secara praktik.*****This research aims to develop printed teaching materials in the form of a zero waste jigsaw puzzle technique module and to obtain an assessment of the module’s feasibility as an alternative teaching material for the Sustainable Fashion course in the Bachelor of Applied Fashion Design Study Program at Universitas Negeri Jakarta. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) methodology with the 4D development model (Define, Design, Development, Disseminate). In this study, the development process was carried out up to the development stage. The feasibility of the module was assessed based on the characteristics outlined by the Ministry of National Education (Depdiknas, 2008) and the quality elements of a module as proposed by Daryanto (2013). The assessment was conducted by expert panelists in content and media to ensure the accuracy of the material and the effectiveness of its presentation according to the module characteristics and quality elements. The Zero Waste Jigsaw Puzzle Technique module received an “excellent” rating, scoring 98.61% based on the module characteristics and 96.42% based on the quality elements. These results indicate that the module is categorized as excellent and is feasible to be used as an independent learning material in the Sustainable Fashion course. It is expected that the module will enhance students’ understanding of the zero waste concept and their skills in its practical application.
