Abstract
Syawal Fitri Desdini. Tindak Tutur Ilokusi dalam Takarir Unggahan Kompas.com di Media Sosial X tentang Demonstrasi RUU Pilkada 2024. Jakarta. Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Juli 2025. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk tindak tutur ilokusi dalam takarir unggahan Kompas.com di media sosial X tentang demonstrasi RUU Pilkada 2024. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah takarir dalam unggahan akun media sosial X milik Kompas.com yaitu @kompascom tentang demonstrasi RUU Pilkada 2024. Instrumen utama dalam penelitian ini adalah peneliti itu sendiri sebagai satu-satunya alat yang secara langsung berperan dalam proses penelitian. Selanjutnya, dikembangkan instrumen penelitian sederhana berupa tabel analisis data. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sementara itu, teknik yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi. Setelah melakukan pengumpulan data, data dianalisis menggunakan konsep tindak tutur yang dikemukakan oleh John Searle yang terdiri dari lima bentuk tindak tutur ilokusi, yaitu asertif, direktif, komisif, ekspresif, dan deklaratif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, ditemukan total 62 takarir unggahan dan data yang diperoleh berjumlah 76 data, yang meliputi 63 berbentuk tindak tutur ilokusi asertif, 11 berbentuk tindak tutur ilokusi direktif, 2 berbentuk tindak tutur ilokusi ekspresif, dan tidak ditemukannya tindak tutur komisif serta deklaratif. Tindak tutur yang dominan dalam takarir unggahan Kompas.com di media sosial X tentang demonstrasi RUU Pilkada 2024 adalah tindak tutur ilokusi asertif melaporkan yang terdapat 39 data. Maksud yang ingin disampaikan oleh Kompas.com kepada pembaca adalah memberikan laporan faktual dan netral atas dinamika sosial-politik yang sedang terjadi. Secara implisit, takarir unggahan juga menunjukkan keberpihakkan pada nilai-nilai demokrasi dan konstitusionalisme dengan menyoroti kritik terhadap manipulasi kekuasaan. Sebagian besar unggahan dilakukan pada pukul 08.00-12.00 WIB. Dominasi waktu ini menunjukkan bahwa Kompas.com menargetkan penyebaran informasi di jam-jam awal aktivitas publik agar dapat segera menjangkau audiens luas dan membentuk opini sejak pagi hari. Illocutionary Act in the Caption of Kompas.com Posts on Social Media X about the Demonstration of the 2024 Regional Election Bill. Jakarta. Jakarta State University. July 2025. This research aims to describe the form of illocutionary acts in the captions of Kompas.com posts on social media X regarding the demonstration of the 2024 Regional Election Bill. The data used in this study are the captions in the posts of the Kompas.com social media account, namely @kompascom, about the demonstration of the 2024 Regional Election Bill. The main instrument in this study is the researcher themselves, serving as the only tool that directly participates in the research process. Furthermore, a simple research instrument in the form of a data analysis table was developed. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive method. Meanwhile, the technique used is documentation. After collecting the data, it was analyzed using the speech act concepts proposed by John Searle, which consist of five forms of illocutionary acts: assertive, directive, commissive, expressive, and declarative. Based on the data analysis results, a total of 62 captions were found, with 75 data points obtained, which include 61 in the form of assertive illocutionary acts, 11 in the form of directive illocutionary acts, 3 in the form of expressive illocutionary acts, and no commissive or declarative illocutionary acts were found. The dominant illocutionary act in the captions from Kompas.com on social media X regarding the 2024 Pilkada bill demonstration is the assertive illocutionary act of reporting, which accounts for 38 data points. The intention that Kompas.com wants to convey to readers is to provide a factual and neutral report on the ongoing socio-political dynamics. Implicitly, the subtitles of the posts also show a bias towards democratic values and constitutionalism by highlighting criticisms of power manipulation. Most posts are made between 08:00 and 12:00 WIB. This time dominance indicates that Kompas.com targets the dissemination of information during the early hours of public activity to quickly reach a wide audience and shape opinions from the morning.
