Abstract

Pendidikan memiliki peranan penting untuk mengukur maju atau mundurnya suatu negara, karena diketahui bahwa pendidikan akan mencetak sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dari segi jiwa, kecerdasan maupun keterampilan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakteristik modul digital yang dikembangkan serta dapat meningkatkan keterampilan argumentasi peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (RnD) dengan model ADDIE. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI di salah satu SMA di kota Cilegon dengan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 25 peserta didik. Instrumen pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan lembar kelayakan ahli materi dan ahli media, lembar pretest dan posttest, kuisioner tanggapan pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata – rata kelayakan materi memperoleh skor 89%, rata – rata kelayakan media memperoleh 89%. Secara keseluruhan dapat dikategorikan layak dan baik untuk digunakan. Hasil peningkatan keterampilan argumentasi menunjukkan peningkatan sebesar 0,67 dengan kategori sedang./Education plays an important role in measuring the progress or decline of a country, because it is known that education will produce quality human resources in terms of soul, intelligence and skills. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of the digital module developed and to improve students' argumentation skills. The research method used in this study is Research and Development (RnD) with the ADDIE model. The subjects of this study were grade XI students at a high school in Cilegon City with a sample of 25 students. The data collection instruments in this study used material expert and media expert feasibility sheets, pretest and posttest sheets, user response questionnaires. The results showed that the average material feasibility obtained a score of 89%, the average media feasibility obtained 89%. Overall, it can be categorized as feasible and good to use. The results of improving argumentation skills showed an increase of 0.67 with a moderate category.
