Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan video tutorial materi Self-Rescue bagi anggota Himpunan Kegiatan Speleologi Indonesia (HIKESPI) dengan menggunakan model pengembangan 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate) dari Thiagarajan. Pada tahap define, dilakukan analisis kebutuhan melalui wawancara dan angket kepada instruktur dan peserta pelatihan yang mengungkapkan bahwa materi Self-Rescue sulit dikuasai secara mandiri karena kurangnya bahan ajar visual. Produk akhir yang dikembangkan berupa video tutorial berdurasi 7 menit 26 detik dalam format MP4 yang mendemonstrasikan langkah-langkah teknik Self-Rescue: Full Power System. Pada tahap develop, validasi dilakukan oleh tiga ahli: (1) ahli materi dengan skor rata-rata 3,46 (sangat baik), (2) ahli desain pembelajaran dengan skor 3,6 (sangat baik), dan (3) ahli media dengan skor 3,53 (sangat baik). Uji coba satu-satu kepada tiga pengguna menghasilkan skor rata-rata 3,9 (sangat baik). Setelah revisi berdasarkan masukan para ahli, video dinyatakan layak sebagai bahan ajar mandiri. Pada tahap disseminate, video diunggah ke platform YouTube dan dibagikan kepada anggota HIKESPI melalui grup komunikasi internal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa video tutorial ini efektif meningkatkan pemahaman dan retensi materi Self-Rescue, serta memberikan solusi praktis untuk pembelajaran mandiri dalam komunitas speleologi di Indonesia. **** This study aims to develop a tutorial video on Self-Rescue techniques for members of the Federation of Indonesian Speleological Activities (FINSPAC), using the 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate) by Thiagarajan. In the define stage, a needs analysis through interviews and questionnaires with instructors and trainees revealing that Self-Rescue is difficult to master independently due to the lack of visual learning materials. The final product is a 7-minute 26-second MP4 video demonstrating the steps of the Self-Rescue: Full Power System technique. During the development stage,validation was conducted by three experts: (1) subject matter expert with an average score of 3.46 (very good), (2) instructional design expert with a score of 3.6 (very good), and (3) media expert with a score of 3.53 (very good). A one-to-one trial with three users yielded an average score of 3.9 (very good). After revisions based on expert feedback, the video was deemed suitable as an independent learning resource. During the disseminate stage, the video was published on YouTube and shared with FINSPAC members through internal communication groups. The results indicate that this tutorial video effectively enhances understanding and retention of Self-Rescue material and provides a practical solution for independent learning within the speleology community in Indonesia.
