Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kreativitas guru SMA Negeri di wilayah II Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey dan analisa data yang dilakukan dengan teknik analisa jalur (path analysis). Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuisioner sebagai instrument. Terdapat 198 sampel sebagai unit analisis yang diambil dari 394 populasi. Sampel ditentukandengan menggunakan teknik sampel dengan memperhatikan suatu tingkatan pada elemen populasi (stratifite random sampling). Hasil penelitian menunjukan : pertama, terdapat pengaruh langsung positif antara Motivasi terhadap Kreativitas dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,581 dan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,403. Ini memberikan makna peningkatan Motivasi guru SMA Negeri di Wilayah II Jakarta Barat akan diikuti oleh peningkatan Kreativitasannya. Kedua, terdapat pengaruh langsung positif antara Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kreativitas dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,603 dan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,439. Ini memberikan makna peningkatan Kepuasan Guru di SMA Negeri di Wilayah II Jakarta Barat akan diikuti oleh peningkatan Kreativitasannya. Ketiga, terdapat pengaruh langsung positif antara Motivasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,407 dan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,407. Ini memberikan makna peningkatan Motivasi guru SMA Negeri di Wilayah II Jakarta Barat akan diikuti oleh peningkatan Kepuasan Kerjanya. Kata Kunci : Motivasi, Kepuasan Kerja, Kreativitas This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and job satisfaction on the creativity of high school teachers in Region II West Jakarta. This research uses a quantitative approach with survey methods and data analysis which is carried out using path analysis techniques. The process of collecting data is done by using a questionnaire as an instrument. There were 198 samples as a unit of analysis taken from 394 populations. Samples are determined by using a sample technique with regard to a level in the population element (stratifite random sampling). The results showed: first, there is a positive direct effect between motivation on creativity with a correlation coefficient of 0.581 and a path coefficient of 0.403. This gives the meaning of an increase in the motivation of high school teachers in Region II West Jakarta to be followed by an increase in their creativity. Second, there is a positive direct effect between Job Satisfaction on Creativity with a correlation coefficient of 0.603 and a path coefficient of 0.439. This gives the meaning of increasing Teacher Satisfaction in State High Schools in Region II West Jakarta will be followed by an increase in their Creativity. Third, there is a positive direct effect between motivation on job satisfaction with a correlation coefficient of 0.407 and a path coefficient of 0.407.
