Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis bentuk tindak tutur lokusi dan ilokusi dalam ulasan produk UMKM My Petite Phone Charm oleh Seok6yu Studio pada Shopee. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi dengan pengamatan dan catat. Adapun langkah-langkah pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah mengamati ulasan, mencatat ulasan, dan memasukkan data ke dalam tabel analisis. Adapun metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan kemunculan tindak tutur lokusi dan ilokusi dalam ulasan produk UMKM My Petite Phone Charm oleh Seok6yu Studio pada Shopee. Adapun tindak tutur lokusi yang ditemukan sebanyak 11 data, dan tindak tutur ilokusi ditemukan sebanyak 49 data terdiri atas 38 data tindak tutur ilokusi ekspresif, 7 data tindak tutur ilokusi direktif, 3 data tindak tutur ilokusi komisif, dan 1 data tindak tutur ilokusi representatif. ***** The research aims to identify and analyze the forms of locutionary and illocutionary speech acts in the review of the UMKM My Petite Phone Charm product by Seok6yu Studio on Shopee. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection in this study used the observation method with observation and notes. The steps for data collection in this study were observing reviews, recording reviews, and entering data into the analysis table. The analysis method used is the descriptive analysis method. The results of this study found the emergence of locutionary and illocutionary speech acts in the review of the UMKM My Petite Phone Charm product by Seok6yu Studio on Shopee. The locutionary speech acts found were 11 data, and the illocutionary speech acts found were 49 data consisting of 38 data of expressive illocutionary speech acts, 7 data of directive illocutionary speech acts, 3 data of commissive illocutionary speech acts, and 1 data of representative illocutionary speech acts.
