Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi hasil implementasi model pembelajaran 10/20/70 pada program Future Leader (FL) di PT X Logistics Indonesia. Model ini menekankan 10% pembelajaran melalui pelatihan formal, 20% melalui pembelajaran sosial, dan 70% melalui pengalaman kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan evaluasi goal-oriented Tyler dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Responden penelitian ini adalah peserta FL dengan jumlah 9 orang serta masing-masing dari atasan peserta sejumlah 9 orang. Instrumen penelitian berupa test dan angket skala penilaian , dengan analisis data menggunakan persentase dan kategori skor. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan rata-rata nilai pembelajaran formal atau dimensi 10% sebesar 89,00 (sangat baik). Dimensi pembelajaran sosial meliputi kemampuan komunikasi (80,75; baik) dan adaptasi (87; sangat baik). Dimensi pembelajaran pengalaman menunjukkan skor memiliki gagasan perbaikan (70%), kemandirian (82), pengetahuan definisi dan fungsi departemen (89), serta pengetahuan alur bisnis (71) — dengan kategori baik hingga sangat baik. Hasil ini menegaskan bahwa pelaksanaan program FL dengan model 10/20/70 mampu mencapai tujuan pembelajaran dengan capaian optimal sehingga sesuai dengan model goal oriented bahwa hasil yang didapat sesuai dengan kondisi yang diinginkan. ***** This research aims to evaluate the results of implementing the 10/20/70 learning model in the Future Leader (FL) program at PT X Logistics Indonesia. This model emphasizes 10% learning through formal training, 20% through social learning, and 70% through work experience. This research uses Tyler's goal-oriented evaluation approach with quantitative descriptive methods. The respondents of this research were 9 FL participants and 9 of each of the participants' superiors. The research instrument is a test and assessment scale questionnaire, with data analysis using percentages and score categories. The evaluation results show that the average formal learning score or 10% dimension is 89.00 (very good). Social learning dimensions include communication skills (80.75; good) and adaptation (87; very good). The experiential learning dimension shows a score of having ideas for improvement (70%), independence (82), knowledge of department definitions and functions (89), and knowledge of business flow (71) — in the good to very good category. These results confirm that the implementation of the FL program with the 10/20/70 model is able to achieve learning objectives with optimal results so that it is in accordance with the goal oriented model so that the results obtained are in accordance with the desired conditions.
