Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa e-modul pembelajaran dasar fotografi yang dirancang khusus bagi peserta didik kelas X jurusan Desain Komunikasi Visual (DKV) di SMK Jayawisata 2 Jakarta. E-modul ini dikembangkan sebagai media ajar interaktif yang mendukung implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka, dengan memperhatikan kebutuhan belajar peserta didik yang menghadapi keterbatasan sarana praktik dan belum tersedianya bahan ajar digital yang kontekstual dan sesuai capaian pembelajaran fase E. Model pengembangan yang digunakan mengacu pada model Rowntree, yang terdiri dari tiga tahapan utama yaitu: perencanaan, persiapan penulisan, serta penulisan dan penyuntingan. Proses validasi dilakukan melalui expert review dengan melibatkan dua orang ahli, yaitu ahli materi dan ahli media, untuk menilai isi dan tampilan e-modul. Hasil penilaian menunjukkan bahwa e-modul memperoleh skor sebesar 91,66% dari ahli materi dan 87,5% dari ahli media, keduanya berada dalam kategori “sangat baik”. Uji coba pengguna dilakukan pada tahap one-to-one terhadap tiga peserta didik jurusan DKV, yang menunjukkan persentase sebesar 88,66%, termasuk dalam kategori “sangat baik”. Namun, karena keterbatasan waktu dan ruang lingkup penelitian, pengembangan ini tidak dilanjutkan hingga tahap field test, sehingga evaluasi terhadap efektivitas luas produk belum dapat dilakukan secara menyeluruh. Kendati demikian, berdasarkan hasil evaluasi ahli dan pengguna terbatas, e-modul dasar fotografi yang dikembangkan telah memenuhi kriteria kelayakan dan berpotensi besar untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran mandiri dan ekstrakurikuler, serta menjadi solusi dari keterbatasan bahan ajar digital di sekolah kejuruan. ***** This development research aims to produce a product in the form of a basic photography e-module specifically designed for Grade X students of the Visual Communication Design (DKV) program at SMK Jayawisata 2 Jakarta. The e-module is developed as an interactive learning medium that supports the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum, taking into account the learning needs of students who face limitations in practical equipment and the unavailability of contextual digital learning materials aligned with the learning outcomes of Phase E. The development model used refers to the Rowntree model, which consists of three main stages: planning, writing preparation, and writing and editing. The validation process was carried out through expert review, involving two experts—one in content and one in media—to assess the feasibility of the e-module's content and appearance. The validation results showed that the e-module received a score of 91.66% from the content expert and 87.5% from the media expert, both falling into the "very good" category. A one-to-one user trial was conducted with three DKV students, showing rate of 88.66%, also categorized as "very good". However, due to time constraints and the scope of the study, the development was not extended to the field test stage, so a comprehensive evaluation of the product's broader effectiveness has not yet been conducted. Nonetheless, based on expert and limited user evaluations, the developed basic photography e-module meets the feasibility criteria and has significant potential to support independent and extracurricular learning, as well as to address the lack of digital learning materials in vocational schools.
