Abstract

Drop out masih menjadi masalah belajar dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring di Kementerian Kesehatan. Berdasarkan hasil survey, 15,3% peserta pelatihan Pengendalian Zoonosis memutuskan untuk tidak melanjutkan pembelajaran karena konten pembelajaran kurang interaktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan Learning Object yang dapat menghadirkan interaktivitas dalam pembelajaran untuk Pelatihan Pengendalian Zoonosis bagi Epidemiolog Kesehatan yang layak dan efektif. Metode pada penelitian ini mengacu pada model Integrative Learning Design Framework (ILDF) yang terdiri atas tiga tahap yaitu eksploration, enactment dan evaluation. Pada tahap evaluation ditambahkan model Dick and Carey agar lebih sistematis. Learning Object ini telah melalui uji kelayakan oleh para ahli (ahli desain pembelajaran, materi dan media) dan uji coba pengguna (one to one evaluation for learners dan small group evalution). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen evaluasi formatif untuk pengembangan produk. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data menggunakan panduan wawancara dan kuesioner. Pengembangan produk ini menggunakan teknik analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil uji kelayakan produk menunjukan nilai rata-rata 4,6 (93,2%), artinya Learning Object ini berada kategori sangat layak. Uji efektivitas produk diperoleh melalui uji lapangan (field trial) dengan memberikan pretes dan postes kepada pengguna kemudian hasilnya dianalisis menggunakan rumus N-Gain. Nilai N-Gain diperoleh sebesar 0,82, artinya Learning Object ini berada pada kategori efektif. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa online course dengan menggunakan Learning Object ini layak digunakan dan efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta. ***** Dropout remains a learning issue in the implementation of online course at the Ministry of Health. Based on the survey results, 15.3% of participants in the Zoonosis Control training decided not to continue learning because the learning content was not interactive enough. This research aims to produce a Learning Object that can introduce interactivity into learning for Zoonosis Control Training for Health Epidemiologists, making it feasible and effective. The method in this study refers to the Integrative Learning Design Framework (ILDF) model, which consists of three stages: exploration, enactment, and evaluation. In the evaluation stage, the Dick and Carey model was added to make it more systematic. This Learning Object has undergone feasibility testing by experts (instructional design, content, and media experts) and user testing (one-to-one evaluation for learners and small group evaluation). The data collection technique uses formative evaluation instruments for product development. The instruments used to collect data are interview guides and questionnaires. This product development utilizes qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques. The results of the product feasibility test showed an average value of 4.6 (93.2%), meaning this Learning Object is in the very feasible category. The product effectiveness test was obtained thru a field trial by giving pretests and posttests to users, and then the results were analyzed using the N-Gain formula. The N-Gain value obtained was 0.82, meaning this Learning Object is in the effective category. Based on these results, it can be concluded that online courses using Learning Objects are suitable for use and effective in improving participants' learning outcomes.
