Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Learning Object (LO) sebagai media pembelajaran interaktif pada materi “Konsep dan Ukuran Migrasi” dalam Pelatihan Teknis Dasar-Dasar Demografi bagi Penata Kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana (KKB) Ahli Pertama BKKBN. Permasalahan yang diangkat adalah rendahnya pemahaman peserta terhadap materi migrasi yang bersifat konseptual dan kompleks, serta keterbatasan bahan ajar yang hanya berbentuk modul dan presentasi statis. Penelitian ini menggunakan model Rapid Prototyping yang terdiri dari lima tahapan: Assess Needs & Analyze Content, Set Objectives, Construct Prototype, Utilize Prototype, serta Install and Maintain System. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah ahli materi, ahli media dan peserta Pelatihan Teknis Dasar-Dasar Demografi bagi Penata KKB Ahli Pertama BKKBN. Instrumen evaluasi yang digunakan mencakup wawancara untuk review ahli dan pengguna one to one berjumlah 3 orang, serta angket skala Likert untuk pengguna small group berjumlah 10 orang. Berdasarkan uji coba small group dengan menggunakan skala likert 1-5 , nilai rata-rata mendapatkan sebesar 4,55 dengan kategori sangat baik. Hasil pengembangan menunjukkan bahwa Learning Object yang terdiri dari gabungan teks, infografis, video, dan kuis digital mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan dan pemahaman peserta pelatihan terhadap materi migrasi. Dengan demikian, Learning Object yang dikembangkan dinilai layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran dalam pelatihan berbasis LMS Pusbang SDM BKKBN, serta berpotensi meningkatkan efektivitas pelatihan secara keseluruhan. ***** This development research aims to create a Learning Object (LO) as an interactive learning medium for the "Concepts and Measurement of Migration" material in the Technical Training on Demographic Fundamentals for First Expert-Level Population and Family Planning (KKB) Officers at BKKBN. The issue addressed is the low comprehension among participants regarding conceptual and complex migration topics, as well as the limitations of existing learning materials, which are mostly in the form of static modules and presentations. This study employs the Rapid Prototyping model, which consists of five stages: Assess Needs & Analyze Content, Set Objectives, Construct Prototype, Utilize Prototype, and Install and Maintain System. Respondents in this research include subject matter experts, media experts, and participants of the training program. The evaluation instruments used are interviews for expert and one-to-one user reviews (3 individuals), and Likert scale questionnaires for small group users (10 individuals). Based on small group trials using a 1–5 Likert scale, the average score was 4.55, categorized as excellent. The developed Learning Object, which integrates text, infographics, videos, and digital quizzes, was found to enhance participant engagement and understanding of migration concepts. Therefore, the Learning Object is considered feasible for use as a learning medium in BKKBN’s LMS-based training programs and has the potential to improve overall training effectiveness.
