Abstract

Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui meningkatnya kegiatan fun cooking terhadap pengenalan variasi gizi seimbang anak usia 4-5 tahun. Subjek penelitian dilakukan pada 7 anak usia 4-5 tahun kelompok A BKB PAUD Tunas Jaya, Jakarta Timur. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode tindakan kelas / action research dengan menggunakan kegiatan fun cooking. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data kualitatif dengan menggunakan catatan lapagan, catatan wawancara, dan catatan dokumentasi. Analisis data kuantitatif yakni dengan membandingkan hasil antar siklus, penelitian membadingkan hasilsebelum penelitian dengan hasil pada akhir setiap siklus yang dilakukan dengan cara skor rata-rata kelas dibagi dengan skor maksimal lalu dikalikan seratus persen. Hasi penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan fun cooking dapat meningkkan pengenalan variasi gizi seimbang anak usia 4-5 tahun di BKB PAUD Tunas Jaya. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan fun cooking dapat disajikan sebagai salah satu upaya dalam meningkatkan pengenalan variasi gizi seimbang anak usia 4-5 tahun di BKB PAUD Tunas Jaya. ***** This classroom action research aims to determine the increase in fun cooking activities towards the introduction of balanced nutrition variations for children aged 4-5 years. The subjects of the study were 7 children aged 4-5 years group A BKB PAUD Tunas Jaya, East Jakarta. The method used is the classroom action method / action research using fun cooking activities. Data collection is carried out with qualitative and quantitative data. Qualitative data using field notes, interview notes, and documentation notes. Quantitative data analysis is by comparing the results between cycles, the study compares the results before the study with the results at the end of each cycle which is done by dividing the average class score by the maximum score and then multiplying it by one hundred percent. The results of the study indicate that fun cooking activities can increase the introduction of balanced nutrition variations for children aged 4-5 years at BKB PAUD Tunas Jaya. These results indicate that fun cooking activities can be presented as one of the efforts to improve the introduction of balanced nutrition variations for children aged 4-5 years at BKB PAUD Tunas Jaya.
