Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidak adanya hubungan antara partisipasi guru dalam Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG) terhadap kompetensi profesional guru Sekolah Dasar Gugus 30 di Kecamatan Kelapa Dua Kabupaten Tangerang. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel, yaitu partisipasi guru dalam KKG sebagai variabel X dan kompetensi profesional sebagai variabel Y. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 61 guru yang diperoleh menggunakan rumus Slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket atau kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan uji korelasi product moment mendapatkan nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai r hitung sebesar 0,559 yang artinya antara variabel X dan variabel Y memiliki hubungan yang kuat. Dari koefisien determinasi partisipasi guru dalam KKG memberikan kontribusi sebesar 0,312 atau 31,2% terhadap kompetensi profesional guru. Maka dapat disimpulkan hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara partisipasi guru dalam KKG (variabel X) dengan kompetensi profesional guru (variabel Y) sekolah dasar gugus 30 di Kecamatan Kelapa Dua, Kabupaten Tangerang. ***** This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between teacher’s participation in Teacher’s Work Group (KKG) and the professional competence of elementary school teacher’s in Cluster 30, Kelapa Dua District, Tangerang Regency. The study consists of two variables: teacher’s participation in KKG as variable X and professional competence as variable Y. A quantitative approach was used with a survey method. The population of this study consisted of 61 teacher’s, determined using the Slovin formula. Data collection techniques involved questionnaires using a Likert scale. Hypothesis testing was conducted through simple linear regression analysis, with a product-moment correlation test resulting in a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.559, indicating a strong relationship between variable X and variable Y. The coefficient of determination shows that teacher’s participation in KKG contributes 0.312 or 31.2% to their professional competence. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a strong relationship between teacher's participation in KKG (variable X) and the professional competence of elementary school teachers (variable Y) in Cluster 30, Kelapa Dua District, Tangerang Regency.
