Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan sikap peserta didik reguler terhadap peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus di SMA Negeri penyelenggara pendidikan inklusif Kecamatan Pasar Rebo, Jakarta Timur, ditinjau dari aspek kognisi, afeksi, dan konasi. Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya sikap positif untuk mendukung keberhasilan pendidikan inklusif. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik deskriptif. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 300 peserta didik reguler yang dipilih melalui teknik cluster sampling. Instrumen berupa kuesioner skala likert dengan 30 pernyataan. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif frekuensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada aspek kognisi, 48,89% responden berkategori sangat baik, 46,67% baik, dan 4,44% cukup baik. Pada aspek afeksi, 46,67% berkategori sangat baik, 51,11% baik dan 2,22% cukup baik. Pada aspek konasi, 62,22% berkategori sangat baik, 35,56% baik, dan 2,22% cukup baik. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa 71,33% responden memiliki tingkat sikap yang baik dan sangat baik, 23,33% dalam kategori cukup baik dan 5,67% dalam kategori kurang baik dan sangat kurang baik. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa persentase pemahaman, sikap emosional, dan kemauan bertindak peserta didik reguler terhadap peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus 94,33% tergolong positif, namun masih ada 5,67% sikap peserta didik bersikap negatif, sehingga lingkungan sekolah inklusif yang kondusif masih belum tercipta dan perlunya intervensi lebih lanjut. The research is motivated by the importance of positive attitudes in supporting the success of inclusive education. The method used was quantitative with a descriptive technique. The research sample consisted of 300 regular students selected through cluster sampling. The instrument was a Likert-scale questionnaire comprising 30 statements. Data were analyzed using descriptive frequency statistics. The results show that in the cognitive aspect, 48.89% of respondents were in the very good category, 46.67% in the good category, and 4.44% in the fairly good category. In the affective aspect, 46.67% were in the very good category, 51.11% in the good category, and 2.22% in the fairly good category. In the conative aspect, 62.22% were in the very good category, 35.56% in the good category, and 2.22% in the fairly good category. Overall, 71.33% of respondents had attitudes in the good and very good categories, 23.33% in the fairly good category, and 5.67% in the poor and very poor categories. The study concludes that the understanding, emotional attitudes, and willingness to act of regular students toward students with special needs are generally positive, supporting the creation of a conducive inclusive school environment.
