Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Penggunaan Media Pasir Terhadap Kemampuan Menulis Permulaan Anak Usia 4-5 Tahun. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan kemampuan menulis permulaan anak usia 4-5 tahun sebelum diberi perlakuan (treatment) dengan sesudah diberi perlakuan (treatment) pada saat post-test. Sebelum dilakukan pre-test dan post-test dengan menggunakan instrumen penelitian, telah dilakukan pengujian persyaratan instrumen melalui tahap expert judgement serta uji validitas. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah anak usia 4-5 tahun TK Al Hidayah Sukabumi Utara Jakarta Barat sebanyak 30 anak, dengan kelompok eksperimen 15 anak dan kelompok kontrol 15 anak. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen, dengan disain penelitian pre-test – post-test control grup design. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan yaitu melakukan pengolahan data awal untuk mencari rata-rata (mean), median, modus, simpangan baku (standar deviasi), nilai maksimum dan nilai minimum. Selanjutnya dilakukan pengujian persyaratan analisis data yaitu, uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan mendapatkan hasil perhitungan thitung > ttabel. Dengan nilai thitung sebesar 13,357 dan ttabel sebesar 1,701. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan penggunaan media pasir terhadap kemampuan menulis permulaan anak usia 4-5 tahun. Media pasir sebagai salah satu media pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan untuk mengembangkan aspek motorik halus anak, sehingga anak akan lebih mudah melakukan kegiatan menulis permulaan, seperti anak sudah dapat menuliskan simbol-simbol maupun huruf sesuai dengan tahapnya. This study is entitled The effect of using sand media against the ability to write early children 4-5 years. This study aims to determine if there are differences in the ability to write the onset of children aged 4-5 years before being treated (treatment) with after treatment (treatment) at the time of the post-test. Prior to the pre-test and post-test using research tools, testing of tool requirements was performed through expert judgment and validity tests. The sample in this study were children of 4-5 years old Al Hidayah Sukabumi North West Jakarta with 30 children, with an experimental group of 15 children and a control group of 15 children. The method used is an experimental method, with a study design by the control group after the test. The data analysis technique used is the initial data processing to find the mean (mean), the median, the mode, the standard deviation (standard deviation), the maximum value and the minimum value. The data analysis requirements are then tested, namely normality test, homogeneity test and hypothesis test. Based on the results of research conducted to get the calculation from tcount> ttable. With a total of 13,357 and a table of 1,701. It can be concluded that the use of sand media has a significant influence on the ability to write novice children aged 4-5 years. Sand media as one of the learning media that can be used to develop the fine motor aspects of children, making it easier for children to perform initial writing activities, as children can already write symbols and letters according to their stages.
