Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kemampuan kolaborasi dan kemampuan adaptasi siswa dengan hasil belajar kimia. Kedua kompetensi ini dipandang memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran yang menuntut partisipasi aktif, pemecahan masalah yang fleksibel, serta interaksi yang efektif dalam kegiatan belajar berbasis kelompok. Sampel penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI dari empat SMA Labschools yang mengikuti tes hasil belajar kimia sebanyak 17 butir soal MCMA, serta mengisi angket kemampuan kolaborasi sebanyak 23 butir dan angket kemampuan adaptasi sebanyak 19 butir. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi berganda setelah seluruh asumsi terpenuhi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan kolaborasi dan kemampuan adaptasi secara simultan menjelaskan 39,0% variasi hasil belajar kimia (R² = 0,390). Kedua variabel tersebut memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan, di mana kemampuan kolaborasi (p < 0,001) dan kemampuan adaptasi (p = 0,007) berperan dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konseptual siswa. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa yang memiliki perilaku kolaboratif dan adaptif yang lebih kuat cenderung mencapai hasil belajar yang lebih tinggi. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya penerapan strategi pembelajaran yang mendorong kerja sama dan perilaku adaptif untuk meningkatkan performa akademik dalam pembelajaran kimia. ***** This study aims to analyze the relationship between students’ collaboration skills, adaptability skills, and their achievement in chemistry learning. These competencies are considered essential for supporting learning processes that require active participation, flexible problem-solving, and effective interaction within group-based learning activities. The participants consisted of 11th-grade students from four Lab School senior high schools who completed a 17-item multiple-choice multiple-answer chemistry achievement test, along with a 23-item collaboration questionnaire and a 19-item adaptability questionnaire. The data were analyzed using multiple regression after all statistical assumptions were met. The results indicate that collaboration and adaptability skills simultaneously explained 39.0% of the variance in chemistry learning achievement (R² = 0.390). Both variables contributed significantly, with collaboration (p < 0.001) and adaptability (p = 0.007) playing important roles in enhancing students’ conceptual understanding. These findings suggest that students with stronger collaborative and adaptive behaviors tend to achieve higher levels of chemistry learning achievement. Overall, this study emphasizes the importance of implementing instructional strategies that promote teamwork and adaptive learning behaviors to enhance academic performance in chemistry education.
