Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas pola menyerang tim futsal Kabupaten Bogor pada babak kualifikasi PORPROV Jawa Barat Tahun 2025, dengan fokus pada dua komponen utama, yaitu tahapan menyerang (build up dan progression) serta sistem menyerang (3-1 dan 4-0). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik observasi dokumenter melalui analisis empat rekaman video pertandingan resmi tim futsal Kabupaten Bogor. Instrumen penelitian berupa lembar observasi kuantitatif yang telah divalidasi oleh pelatih futsal berlisensi, dengan indikator penilaian meliputi keberhasilan dan kegagalan dalam setiap pola menyerang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari total 249 kejadian menyerang, tingkat keberhasilan serangan tim mencapai 49% dan kegagalan sebesar 51%. Pada tahapan menyerang, progression merupakan tahapan paling efektif dengan tingkat keberhasilan sebesar 56% (35 kejadian berhasil dan 27 kejadian gagal), sedangkan build up menjadi tahapan paling tidak efektif dengan tingkat keberhasilan 45% (29 kejadian berhasil dan 36 kejadian gagal). Sementara itu, pada sistem menyerang, sistem 4-0 menunjukkan efektivitas relatif lebih baik dengan tingkat keberhasilan 48% (27 kejadian berhasil dan 29 kejadian gagal), dibandingkan sistem 3-1 yang memiliki tingkat keberhasilan 47% (31 kejadian berhasil dan 35 kejadian gagal). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa efektivitas pola menyerang tim futsal Kabupaten Bogor masih perlu ditingkatkan, terutama pada tahapan build up yang menjadi titik kelemahan utama dalam proses menyerang. Temuan penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan evaluasi objektif bagi pelatih dan manajemen tim dalam merancang program latihan dan strategi menyerang yang lebih efektif dan berbasis data untuk menghadapi kompetisi selanjutnya. This research employed a quantitative descriptive method using documentary observation through the analysis of four official match videos of the Bogor Regency futsal team. The research instrument consisted of a quantitative observation sheet that had been validated by a licensed futsal coach, with assessment indicators covering successful and unsuccessful attacking actions in each attacking pattern. The results showed that out of a total of 249 attacking occurrences, the team’s attacking success rate was 49%, while failures accounted for 51%. In terms of attacking phases, progression was the most effective phase with a success rate of 56% (35 successful actions and 27 unsuccessful actions), whereas the build-up phase was the least effective with a success rate of 45% (29 successful actions and 36 unsuccessful actions). Regarding attacking systems, the 4-0 system demonstrated relatively higher effectiveness with a success rate of 48% (27 successful actions and 29 unsuccessful actions), compared to the 3-1 system, which recorded a success rate of 47% (31 successful actions and 35 unsuccessful actions). Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the effectiveness of the attacking patterns of the Bogor Regency futsal team still needs improvement, particularly in the build-up phase, which represents the main weakness in the attacking process. The findings of this study are expected to serve as an objective evaluation reference for coaches and team management in designing more effective and data-driven attacking strategies for future competitions.
