Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) efektivitas metode latihan jarak tetap dalam meningkatkan akurasi passing pemain futsal SMPN 203 Jakarta Timur, (2) efektivitas metode latihan jarak berubah dalam meningkatkan akurasi passing, dan (3) perbedaan efektivitas antara metode latihan jarak tetap dan jarak berubah terhadap akurasi passing pemain futsal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan desain two-group pretest–posttest. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 24 pemain, yang dibagi ke dalam dua kelompok, yaitu kelompok latihan jarak tetap dan kelompok latihan jarak berubah. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes akurasi passing. Analisis data menggunakan uji Paired Sample t-test dan Independent Sample t-test dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) metode latihan jarak tetap efektif meningkatkan akurasi passing, dibuktikan dengan nilai t-hitung = 2,303 > t-tabel = 1,796 (df = 11) pada taraf signifikansi 0,05; (2) metode latihan jarak berubah juga efektif meningkatkan akurasi passing, ditunjukkan oleh nilai t-hitung = 3,463 > t-tabel = 1,796 (df = 11); (3) hasil Independent Sample t-test menunjukkan bahwa t-hitung = 0,314 < t-tabel = 2,074 (df = 22), sehingga tidak terdapat perbedaan efektivitas yang signifikan antara metode latihan jarak tetap dan jarak berubah terhadap peningkatan akurasi passing. Dengan demikian, kedua metode latihan sama-sama efektif untuk meningkatkan akurasi passing, namun secara statistik tidak menunjukkan perbedaan efektivitas yang signifikan./This study aims to determine: (1) the effectiveness of the fixed distance training method in improving the passing accuracy of futsal players at SMPN 203 East Jakarta, (2) the effectiveness of the variable distance training method in improving passing accuracy, and (3) the difference in effectiveness between the fixed distance and variable distance training methods on the passing accuracy of futsal players. The research method used was an experiment with a two-group pretest–posttest design. The research sample consisted of 24 players, divided into two groups, namely the fixed distance training group and the variable distance training group. The research instrument used was a passing accuracy test. Data analysis used the Paired Sample t-test and Independent Sample t-test with a significance level of 0.05.The results showed that: (1) the fixed distance training method was effective in improving passing accuracy, as evidenced by a t-value of 2.303 > t-table = 1.796 (df = 11) at a significance level of 0.05; (2) the variable distance training method was also effective in improving passing accuracy, as indicated by a t-value of 3.463 > t-table = 1.796 (df = 11); (3) The results of the Independent Sample t-test show that t-count = 0.314 < t-table = 2.074 (df = 22), so there is no significant difference in effectiveness between the fixed distance and variable distance training methods in improving passing accuracy. Thus, both training methods are equally effective in improving passing accuracy, but statistically do not show a significant difference in effectiveness.
