Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis strategi komunikasi aparatur Desa Gubugan Cibeureum dalam membangun kesadaran olahraga dan hidup sehat masyarakat. Studi ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya partisipasi olahraga akibat miskonsepsi warga bahwa aktivitas bertani sudah cukup menggantikan olahraga rekreasional. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan kerangka analisis Model Lasswell dan Health Belief Model (HBM), data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aparatur desa bersama kader kesehatan menerapkan strategi komunikasi hibrida—menggabungkan media digital dengan pendekatan interpersonal tatap muka. Strategi ini berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran warga pada ranah kognitif (pemahaman) dan afektif (sikap), di mana warga mulai memahami perbedaan antara kerja fisik dan olahraga terukur. Namun, pada ranah konatif (tindakan), perubahan perilaku terhambat oleh kendala infrastruktur (perceived barriers), seperti kondisi gedung Posyandu yang tidak terawat dan ketiadaan sarana olahraga di desa. Kesimpulannya, strategi komunikasi aparatur desa telah efektif membangun kesadaran kesehatan, tetapi keberlanjutannya sangat bergantung pada perbaikan sarana dan prasarana fisik desa. Pemerintah desa disarankan untuk menyelaraskan pesan kesehatan dengan penyediaan fasilitas pendukung yang memadai. Kata Kunci: Strategi Komunikasi, Aparatur Desa, Kesadaran Berolahraga dan Hidup Sehat ***** This study analyzes the communication strategies employed by the village apparatus of Gubugan Cibeureum in building community awareness regarding sports and healthy living. The research is motivated by low sports participation resulting from a common misconception among residents that farming activities are a sufficient substitute for recreational exercise. Utilizing a descriptive qualitative method with the analytical frameworks of the Lasswell Model and the Health Belief Model (HBM), data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results indicate that the village apparatus, in collaboration with health cadres, implemented a hybrid communication strategy—combining digital media with face-to-face interpersonal approaches. This strategy successfully increased community awareness within the cognitive (understanding) and affective (attitude) domains, as residents began to differentiate between physical labor and structured exercise. However, in the conative (action) domain, behavioral change remains hindered by infrastructure constraints (perceived barriers), such as the neglected state of the Posyandu (Integrated Healthcare Center) building and the absence of sports facilities within the village. In conclusion, while the communication strategy of the village apparatus has been effective in fostering health awareness, its long-term sustainability is highly dependent on the improvement of the village's physical infrastructure and facilities. It is recommended that the village government align health messaging with the provision of adequate supporting facilities.
