Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model permainan SOS bagi anak usia dini 7–8 tahun guna meningkatkan kecerdasan interpersonal. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih terbatasnya stimulasi keterampilan sosial anak akibat pola bermain yang kurang melibatkan interaksi sosial. Kecerdasan interpersonal, seperti kemampuan bekerja sama, berkomunikasi, empati, dan tanggung jawab, perlu dikembangkan sejak dini melalui kegiatan bermain yang terstruktur dan menyenangkan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang meliputi tahap analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Produk yang dihasilkan berupa 12 model permainan SOS yang disesuaikan dengan karakteristik anak usia 7–8 tahun. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 10 anak. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, validasi ahli, dan uji coba lapangan menggunakan instrumen lembar observasi kecerdasan interpersonal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model permainan SOS yang dikembangkan layak dan efektif digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran berbasis permainan. Penerapan model permainan SOS mampu meningkatkan kecerdasan interpersonal anak, yang terlihat dari peningkatan kemampuan interaksi, kerja sama, komunikasi, empati, dan sportivitas selama kegiatan bermain. Oleh karena itu, model permainan SOS dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif media pembelajaran yang edukatif dan sesuai dengan perkembangan anak usia dini.***** his study aims to develop an SOS game model for early childhood aged 7–8 years to improve interpersonal intelligence. This research is motivated by the limited stimulation of children’s social skills due to play activities that lack social interaction. Interpersonal intelligence, including cooperation, communication, empathy, and responsibility, needs to be developed from an early age through structured and enjoyable play activities. This study employed the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE development model, which consists of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. The product developed consists of 12 SOS game models adapted to the characteristics of children aged 7–8 years. The research subjects were 10 children. Data were collected through observation, expert validation, and field trials using an interpersonal intelligence observation sheet. The results indicate that the developed SOS game model is feasible and effective as a game-based learning medium. The implementation of the SOS game model improves children’s interpersonal intelligence, as reflected in increased interaction skills, cooperation, communication, empathy, and sportsmanship during play activities. Therefore, the SOS game model can be used as an alternative educational learning medium that is appropriate for early childhood development.
