Abstract

This study aims to develop a game-based basketball shooting learning model that is effective, fun, and suitable for the characteristics of students aged 9–12 years. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) utilizing the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The trial subjects were students of SD Jakarta Taipei School. The results produced 10 shooting game models integrating the BEEF concept (Balance, Eyes, Elbow, Follow Through). Based on feasibility tests, material and learning experts declared the model valid. The small group trial (15 students) obtained a percentage of 92.4% in the feasible category. The large group trial (28 students) showed an increase with a percentage of 94.3% in the feasible category. It is concluded that this model effectively increases students' enthusiasm and shooting skills. The researcher suggests that PE teachers use this model as a learning alternative and that future researchers test it on a broader range of variables.
