Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi penyeleksi pemain futsal berbasis Android dengan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) guna membantu pelatih dalam proses pengambilan keputusan seleksi pemain maupun penentuan pemain inti secara objektif dan efisien. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh fenomena proses seleksi pemain futsal yang selama ini masih banyak dilakukan secara manual menggunakan kertas dan pulpen, sehingga dinilai kurang efektif, efisien, dan rentan terhadap subjektivitas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang mencakup tahapan Analysis (analisis), Design (desain), Development (pengembangan), Implementation (implementasi), dan Evaluation (evaluasi). Aplikasi yang dikembangkan menggunakan metode SAW untuk menghitung penjumlahan terbobot dari setiap kriteria penilaian guna menghasilkan pemeringkatan pemain yang akurat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi penyeleksi pemain futsal (APPF) telah dinyatakan layak dan valid melalui tahap validasi oleh ahli materi futsal serta ahli media. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba kelompok kecil pada para pelatih, aplikasi memperoleh skor persentase kelayakan sebesar 84% dan skor kemenarikan sebesar 88%, di mana keduanya masuk dalam kategori "Sangat Layak". Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah aplikasi penyeleksi pemain futsal dengan metode SAW layak digunakan sebagai alat bantu digital bagi pelatih dalam menentukan pemain secara terstruktur dan transparan. ***** This research aims to develop an Android-based futsal player selection application using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to assist coaches in the decision-making process for player selection and determining the starting lineup objectively and efficiently. The background of this study is driven by the fact that the futsal player selection process is still largely conducted manually using paper and pens, which is considered ineffective, inefficient, and prone to subjectivity. The research method employed is Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE development model, which includes the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The developed application utilizes the SAW method to calculate the weighted sum of each assessment criterion to generate accurate player rankings. The results show that the Futsal Player Selection Application (APPF) has been declared feasible and valid through validation by futsal subject matter experts and media experts. Based on small-group trials with coaches, the application obtained a feasibility percentage score of 84% and an attractiveness score of 88%, both of which fall into the "Very Feasible" category. In conclusion, the futsal player selection application using the SAW method is suitable for use as a digital tool to help coaches determine players in a structured and transparent manner.
