Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar teknik passing permainan bola voli pada siswa kelas XI SMAN 59 Jakarta, yang disebabkan oleh pembelajaran yang kurang variatif serta keterbatasan media visual dalam mendukung pemahaman gerak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar passing permainan bola voli melalui penerapan model Project Based Learning (PjBL) berbasis video tutorial. Penelitian menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan model Kemmis dan McTaggart yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah 34 siswa kelas XI SMAN 59 Jakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi aktivitas pembelajaran, tes keterampilan passing (passing bawah dan passing atas), wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar yang signifikan dan berkelanjutan. Pada kondisi awal, hanya 2 siswa (5,88%) yang mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM). Setelah penerapan model Project Based Learning (PjBL) berbasis video tutorial pada Siklus I, jumlah siswa yang mencapai ketuntasan meningkat menjadi 15 siswa (44,12%). Selanjutnya, pada Siklus II, setelah dilakukan perbaikan dan pemantapan tindakan pembelajaran, seluruh siswa (100%) berhasil mencapai KKM. Peningkatan ini menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan aktif siswa dalam proyek, didukung media video tutorial, mampu meningkatkan pemahaman teknik dan keterampilan praktik passing bola voli. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model Project Based Learning (PjBL) berbasis video tutorial telah berhasil meningkatkan hasil belajar passing permainan bola voli, sehingga model ini direkomendasikan sebagai alternatif pembelajaran inovatif dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani di sekolah menengah. Kata Kunci: Project Based Learning, Video Tutorial, Hasil Belajar, Passing Bola Voli, Pendidikan Jasmani. ***** This study was motivated by the low learning outcomes of volleyball passing skills among Grade XI students at SMAN 59 Jakarta, which were caused by limited variation in instructional methods and insufficient use of visual learning media to support movement comprehension. The purpose of this study was to improve students’ learning outcomes in volleyball passing skills through the implementation of a Project Based Learning (PjBL) model integrated with video tutorial media. This research employed Classroom Action Research (CAR) using the Kemmis and McTaggart model, conducted in two cycles consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. The research subjects were 34 Grade XI students at SMAN 59 Jakarta. Data were collected through learning activity observations, passing skill performance tests (underhand and overhead passing), interviews, and documentation. The results showed a significant and continuous improvement in students’ learning outcomes. In the initial condition, only 2 students (55,88%) achieved the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKM). After the implementation of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model supported by video tutorial media in Cycle I, the number of students who achieved mastery increased to 15 students (44,12%). Furthermore, in Cycle II, following instructional improvements and reinforcement of learning activities, all students (100%) successfully achieved the Minimum Mastery Criteria. This improvement indicates that active student involvement in project-based learning, supported by video tutorials, effectively enhances technical understanding and practical passing skills. In conclusion, the implementation of Project Based Learning (PjBL) based on video tutorials has successfully improved students' volleyball passing learning outcomes, making it a highly recommended innovative learning alternative for Physical Education in secondary schools.
