Abstract

UPAYA MENINGKATKAN DRIBBLING FUTSAL DENGAN MODEL TEACHING GAMES FOR UNDERSTANDING (TGFU) PADA EKSTRAKURIKULER FUTSAL SMPN 5 BEKASI ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan dribbling futsal dengan menggunakan model Teaching Games for Understanding (TGfU) pada ekstrakurikuler futsal SMPN 5 Bekasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Action Research, dengan menggunakan model tindakan milik Kemmis & Taggart yang memiliki empat tahapan, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan atau observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini merupakan 14 peserta didik yang aktif dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler futsal di SMPN 5 Bekasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan peningkatan yang signifikan terhadap kemampuan dribbling futsal peserta didik yang semula memiliki nilai rata-rata 69,64% menjadi 86,57% dengan nilai ketuntasan belajar yang semula 35,71% menjadi 100%. Serta terdapat peningkatan rata-rata waktu dribbling yang semula 13,02 detik menjadi 12,06 detik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pendekatan Teaching Games for Understanding (TGfU) dapat meningkatkan kemampuan dribbling futsal peserta didik. Kata Kunci: Dribbling Futsal, Teaching Games for Understanding (TGfU), Ekstrakurkuler **** EFFORTS TO IMPROVE FUTSAL DRIBBLING WITH THE TEACHING GAMES FOR UNDERSTANDING (TGFU) MODEL IN THE FUTSAL EXTRACURRICULAR COURSE AT SMPN 5 BEKASI ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the improvement in futsal dribbling skills using the Teaching Games for Understanding (TGfU) model in the futsal extracurricular activities at SMPN 5 Bekasi. The method used in this study is Action Research, using the action model developed by Kemmis & Taggart, which has four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects in this study were 14 students who were active in futsal extracurricular activities at SMPN 5 Bekasi. The results showed a significant increase in the futsal dribbling skills of students, whose average score increased from 69.64% to 86.57%, with a learning completeness score that increased from 35.71% to 100%. There was also an increase in the average dribbling time from 13.02 seconds to 12.06 seconds. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the Teaching Games for Understanding (TGfU) approach model can improve students' futsal dribbling skills.
