Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model pembelajaran berbasis budaya lokal di Kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Kota Palu. Rumusan masalah yakni; 1) bagaimana bentuk dan substansi bahan pembelajaran di kelas IV SD Kota Palu; 2) bagaimana mengembangkan bahan pembelajaran berbasis budaya lokal di Kelas IV SD Kota Palu; 3) apakah bahan pembelajaran berbasis budaya lokal layak untuk digunakan di Kelas IV SD Kota Palu; 4) apakah bahan pembelajaran berbasis budaya lokal efektif digunakan di Kelas IV SD Kota Palu?. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode Research & Development (R&D). Merujuk model pengembangan ADDIE dan Rowntree, penelitian pengembangan ini menemukan kombinasi rancangan penelitian pengembangan AP3A. Pengumpulan data melalui teknik studi pustaka, wawancara, angket, dan Test Hasil Belajar. Analisis data dilakukan melalui kualitatif deskriptif dan ditampilkan dalam bentuk tabel-tabel melalui perhitungan rata-rat dan persentase, sedangkan analisis data tes hasil belajar dilakukan dengan Anava 2 kelompok sampel menggunakan t-test. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) bahan pembelajaran di kelas IV SD Kota Palu berbentuk buku siswa dan buku guru dengan substansi isi terdiri dari 9 tema; 2) prosedur mengembangan bahan pembelajaran berbasis budaya lokal terdiri dari lima langkah yakni Analize, Planning, Preparing, Piloting, dan Apply (AP3A). Bahan pembelajaran layak digunakan dibuktikan dengan hasil uji validasi pakar berada pada angka 4,3 (sangat baik), uji satu-satu siswa 86,8 (sangat tinggi), uji kelompok kecil menunjukkan ketuntasan 100%. Sementara pada uji kelompok riil (kelompok besar 97,3% berada pada kriteria cukup, baik dan sangat baik. 4) Bahan pembelajaran efektif digunakan dibuktikan dengan hasil uji Anava terhadap hasil belajar siswa yang berada pada nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000<0,05. Secara keseluruhan hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa bahan pembelajaran Modul Nosarara Nosabatutu layak dan efektif digunakan untuk pembelajaran di Kelas IV SD Kota Palu. ********** This development research aims to produce local culture-based learning materials in Class IV of Palu City Elementary School. Formulation of the problem namely; 1) how the form and substance of learning materials in the fourth grade of SD Kota Palu; 2) how to develop local culture-based learning materials in Class IV of SD Kota Palu; 3) whether local culture-based learning materials are appropriate for use in Class IV of Palu City Elementary School; 4) Is the local culture-based learning material effective in Class IV of Palu City Elementary School ?. This research uses a qualitative approach with the method Research & Development (R&D). Referring to the development models ADDIEand Rowntree, this development research found a combination of development research AP3A designs. Data collection through literature study techniques, interviews, questionnaires and Learning Outcomes Test. Data analysis was carried out through descriptive qualitative and displayed in the form of tables through average calculations and percentages, while analysis of learning outcomes test data was carried out with Anava 2 groups of samples using the t-test.The results of the study show that 1) learning materials in the fourth grade of Palu City Elementary School are in the form of student books and teacher books with content substance consisting of 9 themes; 2) the procedure for developing local culture-based learning materials consists of five steps namely Analize, Planning, Preparing, Piloting, and Apply (AP3A). Decent learning materials are used as evidenced by the results of expert validation tests at 4.3 (very good), one-on-one test students 86.8 (very high), small group tests showing 100% completeness. While in the real group test (large groups 97.3% are in sufficient criteria, good and very good. 4) Effective learning materials are used as evidenced by the results of the Anava test on student learning outcomes that are at significance value (2-tailed)amounting to 0,000 <0,05. Overall, these results indicate that the Module learning materialNosararaNosabatutu isfeasible and effective for learning in Class IV of SD Palu City.
