Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur persepsi kenyamanan ruang terbuka hijau bagi pengunjung Taman Sungai Kendal Rorotan, Jakarta Utara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dokumentasi lapangan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik persentase menggunakan skala Likert terhadap delapan faktor kenyamanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kenyamanan Taman Sungai Kendal Rorotan mencapai 81,09%, termasuk dalam kategori nyaman. Faktor dengan nilai tertinggi adalah sirkulasi (88,52%) yang berada pada kategori sangat nyaman, sedangkan faktor lainnya seperti kebersihan (82,33%), keindahan (82,56%), bentuk (80,44%), keamanan (79,78%), iklim dan kekuatan alam (79,11%), serta kebisingan dan aroma/bau-bauan (78%) termasuk dalam kategori nyaman. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa secara umum, Taman Sungai Kendal Rorotan tergolong nyaman bagi pengunjung. ***** This study aims to measure visitors’ perceptions of comfort in the green open space of Taman Sungai Kendal Rorotan, North Jakarta. The research employed a descriptive quantitative approach using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaire distribution and field documentation. Data analysis was conducted using a percentage technique with a Likert scale based on eight comfort factors. The results showed that the comfort level of Taman Sungai Kendal Rorotan reached 81.09%, which falls into the comfortable category. The highest-rated factor was circulation (88.52%), classified as very comfortable, while other factors such as cleanliness (82.33%), aesthetics (82.56%), form (80.44%), safety (79.78%), climate and natural conditions (79.11%), and noise and odor (78%) were all categorized as comfortable. These findings indicate that, overall, Taman Sungai Kendal Rorotan provides a generally comfortable environment for visitors.
