Abstract

Sekolah Siaga Kependudukan menjadi salah satu program pemerintah melalui jalur formal yang membutuhkan partisipasi siswa untuk mencapai terwujudnya pendidikan kependudukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis partisipasi siswa dalam program SSK. Populasi penelitian yaitu siswa kelas VII, VIII dan IX di SMP Negeri 277 Jakarta berjumlah 641 orang. Diambil sampel menggunakan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling sehingga didapatkan sampel sebanyak 87 siswa. Peneliti menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data utama menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil menunjukkan partisipasi siswa mencapai 56,67% dengan rata-rata skor siswa sebesar 56,13 termasuk kategori tingkat sedang berdasarkan skor skala interval 46,67-73,33. Partisipasi perencanaan berada pada skor rata-rata 225,25 termasuk kategori sedang dengan capaian sebesar 51,78%, partisipasi pelaksanaan berada pada skor rata-rata 222,88 termasuk kategori sedang dengan capaian sebesar 51,24%, partisipasi pemanfaatan berada pada skor rata-rata 292,60 termasuk kategori sedang dengan capaian sebesar 67,26% dan partisipasi evaluasi berada pada skor rata-rata 245,33 termasuk kategori sedang dengan capaian sebesar 56,40%. Kedekatan jarak dengan sekolah tidak otomatis menghasilkan tingginya tingkat partisipasi. Keragaman tingkat partisipasi terjadi dalam wilayah yang cenderung sama namun terdapat hal lain yang lebih mendorong siswa dalam berpartisipasi. ***** Population Alert School is one of the government's formal programs that requires student participation in implementation to achieve population education. This study aims to analyze the level of student participation in the SSK program. The research population consisted of 641 students in grades 6,7 and 9 at SMP Negeri 277 Jakarta. A sample of 87 students was taken using proportionate stratified random sampling. The researcher used quantitative method with data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis using descriptive analysis. The results show that the level of student participation reached 56.67% with an average student score of 56.13, indicating that their participation was at a moderate level based on an interval scale score of 46,57-73,33. Planning had an average score of 225.25, which was in the moderate category with an achievement of 51.78%. Implementation had an average score of 222.88, which was in the moderate category with an achievement of 51.24%. utilization was at an average score of 292.60, which is in the moderate category with an achievement of 67.26%, and evaluation was at an average score of 245.33, which is in the moderate category with an achievement of 56.40%. Proximity to the school does not automatically result in high participation rates. The diversity of participation rates within the same area proves that there are other factors that encourage students to participate.
