Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan frontend Human Resource Information System (HRIS) berbasis web pada PT Saraswanti Anugerah Indonesia. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah proses administrasi kepegawaian yang masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan Microsoft Excel, sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan ketidakteraturan data, keterlambatan proses, dan kesulitan dalam penelusuran informasi. Pengembangan frontend sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode prototyping sebagai pendekatan perancangan antarmuka, yang meliputi tahapan pengumpulan kebutuhan melalui observasi dan wawancara, perancangan antarmuka pengguna, implementasi frontend, serta evaluasi dan penyempurnaan berdasarkan umpan balik pengguna. Frontend HRIS dibangun menggunakan framework Vue.js dan dirancang untuk dua peran pengguna, yaitu Admin HRD dan Karyawan, dengan cakupan fitur login, registrasi, pengelolaan data karyawan, lembur, cuti, gaji, dan sanksi sesuai hak akses pengguna. Pengujian dilakukan pada lingkungan localhost dengan integration testing untuk memverifikasi keterhubungan antar modul frontend dan alur proses sistem, serta User Acceptance Testing (UAT) untuk menilai tingkat penerimaan pengguna terhadap antarmuka dan fungsionalitas frontend. UAT melibatkan 15 responden yang terdiri dari 5 Admin HRD dan 10 karyawan dengan menggunakan 19 pernyataan skala Likert (1–5). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan integration testing sebesar 100% dan skor UAT sebesar 88% dengan kategori sangat baik. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa frontend HRIS yang dikembangkan telah memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna dan dapat digunakan sebagai dasar untuk pengembangan sistem lebih lanjut. *** This study aims to design and implement a web-based frontend of a Human Resource Information System (HRIS) for PT Saraswanti Anugerah Indonesia. The research is motivated by the organization’s reliance on manual HR administration using Microsoft Excel, which may lead to data inconsistency, process delays, and difficulties in information retrieval. The frontend development employed a prototyping approach as a user interface design method, involving requirement elicitation through observation and interviews, user interface design, frontend implementation, and iterative evaluation based on user feedback. The HRIS frontend was developed using the Vue.js framework and designed for two user roles, namely HR Admin and Employee, covering features such as login, registration, employee data management, overtime, leave, payroll, and sanctions according to user access rights. Testing was conducted in a localhost environment using integration testing to verify frontend module connectivity and process flow, as well as User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to evaluate user acceptance of the interface and frontend functionality. The UAT involved 15 respondents (5 HR Admins and 10 employees) using 19 Likert-scale statements (1–5). The results show a 100% integration testing success rate and an overall UAT score of 88%, categorized as excellent. These findings indicate that the developed HRIS frontend meets user requirements and is suitable as a foundation for further system development.
