Abstract

Model latihan keterampilan panahan ini disebut model latihan RESET (Readjustment of Shooting Execution and Targeting) dikembangkan secara khusus untuk menangani target panic pada atlet panahan divisi compound. Pengembangan model ini menekankan pada integrasi latihan teknik dan latihan mental yang disusun secara sistematis, bertahap, dan berorientasi pada pembentukan ulang otomatisasi teknik serta stabilitas mental atlet. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) model Borg and Gall. Subjek penelitian adalah atlet remaja divisi compound yang mengalami target panic. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Jawa Timur, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, Jawa Barat, DKI Jakarta, dan Bali. Jumlah subjek pada uji coba skala kecil sebanyak 8 atlet, uji coba skala besar sebanyak 16 atlet, dan uji efektivitas sebanyak 10 atlet. Instrumen penelitian meliputi observasi lapangan, wawancara, tes target panic, serta tes akurasi memanah divisi compound. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) penelitian menghasilkan 22 item model latihan RESET yang layak digunakan; (2) hasil validasi ahli menyatakan model latihan RESET layak diterapkan untuk atlet panahan; dan (3) model latihan RESET terbukti efektif meningkatkan akurasi memanah atlet, ditunjukkan oleh nilai rata-rata persentase N-Gain sebesar 76,50% yang termasuk dalam kategori efektif dan nilai rata-rata persentase N-Gain sebesar 71,54% untuk penurunan tingkat target panic atlet dengan kategori cukup efektif. Kata kunci: model latihan; target panic; akurasi; panahan. ***** This archery skills training model, called the RESET (Readjustment of Shooting Execution and Targeting) training model, was developed specifically to address target panic in compound archery athletes. The development of this model emphasizes the integration of technical and mental training, systematically and gradually, and oriented toward rebuilding the athlete's technique automation and mental stability. This study employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach based on the Borg and Gall model. The research subjects were compound archery youth athletes experiencing target panic. The study was conducted in several regions of Indonesia, including East Java, the Special Region of Yogyakarta, West Java, Jakarta Capital Region, and Bali. The small-scale trial involved 8 athletes, the large-scale trial involved 16 athletes, and the effectiveness test involved 10 athletes. Research instruments included field observations, interviews, a target panic assessment, and a compound archery shooting accuracy test. The research findings indicate that: (1) the study produced 22 training items within the RESET model that are deemed feasible for implementation; (2) expert validation results confirmed that the RESET training model is appropriate for application among archery athletes; and (3) the RESET training model proved effective in improving athletes’ shooting accuracy, as evidenced by an average N-Gain percentage score of 76.50%, categorized as effective, and an average N-Gain percentage score of 71.54% for reducing athletes’ target panic levels, categorized as moderately effective.
