Abstract

Banjir merupakan bencana alam yang paling sering terjadi di Indonesia setiap tahunnya terutama pada musim penghujan, termasuk di wilayah DAS Cisadane. Penyebab utama banjir di DAS Cisadane yaitu alih fungsi lahan, sistem drainase yang kurang baik, dan tingginya curah hujan khususnya pada wilayah hulu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kerawanan di Daerah Aliran Sungai Cisadane dan menganalisis daerah yang termasuk wilayah rawan banjir, serta menghasilkan peta kerawanan banjir pada Daerah Aliran Sungai Cisadane. Perhitungan bobot dan skor parameter banjir dilakukan dengan model Composite Mapping Analysis. Parameter yang digunakan adalah Curah Hujan, Tutupan Lahan, Jenis Tanah, Ketinggian Lahan, Kemiringan Lereng, dan Kerapatan Sungai. dari perolehan data yang diolah didapatkan peta daerah rawan banjir di Daerah Aliran Sungai Cisadane menjadi 3 kelas tingkat kerawanan, yakni kerawanan rendah seluas 54869.45828 ha (36,46%), kerawanan sedang seluas 44374.37092 ha (29,5%), dan kerawanan tinggi dengan luas 51,235.21716 ha (34,04%). Uji validasi yang dilakukan terhadap peta kerawanan banjir DAS Cisadane menghasilkan nilai akurasi sebesar 89,74%. dan parameter penyebab banjir DAS Cisadane yang paling dominan adalah Curah Hujan dan Kerapatan Sungai. ***** Floods are the most frequent natural disasters in Indonesia every year, especially during the rainy season, including in the Cisadane River Basin. The main causes of flooding in the Cisadane River Basin are land use change, poor drainage systems, and high rainfall, especially in the upstream area. This study aims to determine the level of vulnerability in the Cisadane River Basin and analyse areas that are prone to flooding, as well as to produce a flood vulnerability map for the Cisadane River Basin. The calculation of flood parameter weights and scores was carried out using the Composite Mapping Analysis model. The parameters used are rainfall, land cover, soil type, land elevation, slope, and river density. From the processed data, a map of flood-prone areas in the Cisadane River Basin was obtained, divided into three vulnerability classes, namely low vulnerability covering an area of 54,869. 45,828 ha (36.46%), moderate risk covering an area of 44,374.37092 ha (29.5%), and high risk covering an area of 51,235.21716 ha (34.04%). The validation test conducted on the Cisadane River Basin flood vulnerability map resulted in an accuracy value of 89.74%. The most dominant parameters causing flooding in the Cisadane River Basin are rainfall and river density.
