Abstract
Seiring dengan berkembangnya teknologi dalam bidang pendidikan, diperlukan sistem pembelajaran yang mudah digunakan dan tersusun dengan baik. Namun, berdasarkan temuan di SMKN 1 Jakarta, SMKN 40 Jakarta, dan SMK 1 Perguruan “CIKINI”, proses pembelajaran masih terkendala oleh penggunaan platform yang berbeda-beda, materi yang tidak terpusat, serta tampilan antarmuka yang kurang mendukung kebutuhan siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan front-end Sistem Pembelajaran Elektronik (SIMPEL) berbasis web untuk membantu siswa dalam mengakses materi, tugas, dan informasi pembelajaran secara lebih terarah. layak Pengembangan dilakukan menggunakan metode Scrum melalui tiga sprint, meliputi perencanaan, pengembangan, evaluasi, dan perbaikan berkelanjutan. Sistem dibangun menggunakan React JS dan dilengkapi fitur seperti autentikasi, dashboard pengingat tugas, materi, tugas, forum diskusi, komentar, nilai, notifikasi, serta pengaturan akun. Pengujian dilakukan melalui Alpha Testing oleh tim pengembang dan User Acceptance Testing (UAT) oleh siswa dari tiga sekolah. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur berjalan dengan baik dan sistem diterima secara positif oleh pengguna. Dengan demikian, front-end SIMPEL digunakan dan siap disambungkan dengan backend untuk mendukung pembelajaran digital di SMK. ******* Along with the advancement of technology in education, a learning system that is easy to use and well-structured is increasingly needed. However, findings from SMKN 1 Jakarta, SMKN 40 Jakarta, and SMK 1 Perguruan “CIKINI” indicate that the learning process still faces several challenges, including the use of multiple platforms, dispersed learning materials, and user interfaces that do not adequately support students’ needs. This study aims to develop the front-end of a web-based Electronic Learning System (SIMPEL) to help students access learning materials, assignments, and academic information more effectively. The development process applied the Scrum framework through three sprints, which included planning, development, evaluation, and continuous improvement. The front-end was built using React JS and equipped with features such as user authentication, task reminder dashboard, learning materials, assignments, discussion forums, comments, grades, notifications, and account settings. The system was tested through Alpha Testing by the development team and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by students from the three schools. The results show that all features functioned properly and the system was positively received by users. Therefore, the SIMPEL front-end is feasible to use and ready to be connected with the backend to support digital learning in vocational high schools.
