Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan visioner kepala sekolah, profesionalisme guru, dan budaya sekolah terhadap efektivitas teaching factory di sekolah kejuruan di Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap efektivitas TEFA dengan melibatkan sampel sebanyak 260 guru yang dipilih dari populasi target sebanyak 800 guru dengan teknik acak sederhana. Data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) kepemimpinan visioner kepala sekolah berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap efektivitas TEFA, (2) profesionalisme guru berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap efektivitas TEFA, (3) budaya sekolah berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap efektivitas TEFA, (4) kepemimpinan visioner kepala sekolah berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap budaya sekolah, (5) profesionalisme guru Berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap budaya sekolah, (6) kepemimpinan visioner kepala sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profesionalisme guru, (7) terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung kepemimpinan visioner kepala sekolah terhadap efektivitas TEFA melalui budaya sekolah di SMKN Provinsi DKI Jakarta, (8) terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung profesionalisme guru terhadap efektivitas TEFA melalui budaya sekolah di SMKN Provinsi DKI Jakarta, dan (9) terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung kepemimpinan visioner kepala sekolah terhadap efektivitas TEFA melalui profesionalisme guru di SMKN Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Oleh karena itu, untuk meningkatkan efektivitas TEFA, perlu dilakukan peningkatan kepemimpinan visioner kepala sekolah, profesionalisme guru, dan budaya sekolah sehingga dapat meningkatkan daya serap lulusan SMK di dunia kerja dan dalam mengembangkan jiwa kewirausahaan. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Visioner Kepala Sekolah, Profesionalisme Guru, Budaya Sekolah, Efektivitas Teaching Factory. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the principal's visionary leadership, teacher professionalism, and school culture on the effectiveness of teaching factories in vocational schools in DKI Jakarta Province. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. This study was conducted on the effectiveness of Teaching Factories (TEFA) by involving a sample of 260 teachers selected from a target population of 800 teachers with simple random sampling. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis. The results of the study can be concluded that: (1) the principal's visionary leadership has a direct positive effect on the effectiveness of TEFA, (2) teacher professionalism has a direct positive effect on the effectiveness of TEFA, (3) school culture has a direct positive effect on the effectiveness of TEFA, (4) the principal's visionary leadership has a direct positive effect on school culture, (5) teacher professionalism has a direct positive effect on school culture, (6) the principal's visionary leadership has a positive and significant effect on teacher professionalism, (7) there is an indirect effect of the principal's visionary leadership on the effectiveness of TEFA through school culture at SMKN DKI Jakarta Province, (8) there is an indirect effect of teacher professionalism on the effectiveness of TEFA through school culture at SMKN DKI Jakarta Province, and (9) there is an indirect effect of the principal's visionary leadership on the effectiveness of TEFA through teacher professionalism at SMKN DKI Jakarta Province. Therefore, to increase the effectiveness of TEFA, it is necessary to improve the principal's visionary leadership, teacher professionalism, and school culture so that it can increase the absorption of SMK graduates in the world of work and in developing an entrepreneurial spirit.
